Role Description The Solution Consultant is a senior individual contributor who serves as the primary technical authority in Account Executive-led sales cycles within an assigned region or global segment. The role bridges commercial and technical disciplines — owning the pre-sales technical motion from discovery through to proof of concept and proposal, while acting as a trusted advisor to strategic prospects and customers. - Own the technical pre-sales motion for certain new-logo deals within the assigned region or global segment. - Serve as the definitive technical authority on Omilia's platform for certain deals. - Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with technical decision-makers and enterprise architects. - Drive technical win rates by developing and executing differentiated solution narratives. - Collaborate with Demo Engineers to ensure impactful demos. - Ensure the integrity of RFP and RFI responses for certain opportunities. - Maintain deep, current knowledge of the competitive landscape. Qualifications - Minimum 6 years of experience in a pre-sales solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical advisory role. - Demonstrated track record of owning the technical pre-sales motion for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. - Deep technical knowledge of contact centre architecture and integration patterns. - Strong working knowledge of conversational AI concepts and technologies. - Proficiency in designing and delivering customised product demonstrations and POC environments. - Technical writing proficiency for enterprise RFPs and RFIs. - Strong understanding of the enterprise IT landscape within regulated verticals. - Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and standard pre-sales tooling. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. Role Description We are looking to add a consultant to our Hong Kong subsidiary. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Company's brokerage operations in Hong Kong by maintaining the required broker licensing and regulatory presence. Responsibilities - Serve as a Director of the Company's Hong Kong subsidiary during the term of the engagement. - Maintain the required broker license(s) with the Company, as permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements. - Assist with licensing, regulatory, and compliance matters as reasonably requested. - Execute documents and filings related to the Company's Hong Kong brokerage operations, as necessary. Qualifications - Active Hong Kong real estate broker license in good standing. - Knowledge of Hong Kong real estate licensing and regulatory requirements. - Luxury real estate and auction experience preferred. Role Description The Regional Focal Point for Humanitarian Programming in LACRO will provide and coordinate technical advice and strategic leadership for CRS’ Humanitarian Programming in Latin America and the Caribbean Region and contribute to implementation of CRS’ Humanitarian Programming strategy globally, promoting the capacity of CRS’ regional and country teams and local and national partners to implement high quality humanitarian programming in line with agency program quality principles and standards, donor guidelines, and industry best practices.
