Role Description As part of our CDS Ophthalmology team, you will be working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals. The Senior Project Manager will have the overall responsibility for managing projects in accordance with company policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements in addition to financial and contractual obligations. - Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and in compliance with applicable quality standards. - Manage the strategic aspects of projects and identify, analyze, and minimize/mitigate any risk, including the implications of different technical and operational choices. - Communicate effectively with clients to successfully manage the relationship, identify needs, and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies. - Develop and maintain Project Plans and timelines for their project and track progress. - Work with the Finance & Accounting team to analyze profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across their projects. - Manage resource allocation on the project, in collaboration with respective line managers. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in life science. - 5 years of experience working as Global Sr Project Manager. - In-depth experience working with Phase III studies. - Experience in vendor management. - Experience with global budgets. - Experience in sponsor communication. - Experience in ophthalmology and CRO experience is a big plus. • Complete difficult assignments independently and without the need for assistance. • Apply advanced technical skills to solve difficult installation and/or equipment issues. • Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of submittal and RFI logs. • Manage construction schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects. • Evaluate subcontractor and vendor progress and implement updates in the construction schedule. • Oversee change management throughout the construction process. • Oversee the development of O&M manuals. • Plan and participate in startup and commissioning activities. • Support subcontractors and vendors in interpreting design documents. • Manage subcontractors and vendors for given scopes. • Actively participates in the development and implementation of the quality management plan. • Oversees development and tracking of punch lists. • Perform constructability reviews on early design stages of projects. • Work collaboratively with team members keeping all stakeholders informed and up to date. • Evaluate complicated contractor proposals and make recommendations to the project team. • Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors. • Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.

• Provide Project Pursuit Teams support in contract/commercial assessment and negotiation, risk analysis, scope of work development, level of effort development, pricing, and design schedule development and integration into the contractor project schedule. • Partner with IPD Project Development Leads during project pursuit phases. • Provide Project Delivery Teams guidance to support change management, risk management, and design quality driving successful project outcomes in alignment with BC Project Delivery fundamentals. • Partner with Business Unit (BU) Leadership, Market Area Directors and Market Sector Leaders to ensure the IPD Enterprise and BU Delivery Teams meet our Contractor Partner (or BCC if Prime) and Client commitments. • Supporting BU Project Pursuit and Delivery Teams and reinforcing adherence to the Chief Engineer’s application of BC quality policy and use of design standards and best practices uniformly across the company. • Partner with BU Area Leaders and Local Leaders to determine needs for resource capabilities, specialty delivery resources as needed, and delivery capacity for upcoming IPD projects. • Assist BU Area Leaders and Local Leaders to achieve anticipated performance metrics on Design Partner Portfolio Projects, directly aligned with P&L and operational goals (ex-sales, net revenue (NR) burn, and margin) of the respective Areas. • IPD Design Partner Responsibilities: Coordinate directly with Leaders (BU, IPD Enterprise, Design Services Enterprise, and Project Services) associated with the Design Partner Portfolio. • Coordinate with BU Area Leaders and Local Leaders to understand the upcoming staffing and skill set needs. • Support delivery of Design Partner Projects communicating project talent demands across the company to form and maintain complete delivery teams. • Work with IPD and BU Leaders to support pursuits of large, complex and company-priority Design Partner Projects. • Support Project Managers, Project Developers and operations leadership in identifying and approving appropriate project delivery teams. • Monitor the overall performance of the Design Partner Portfolio. • Coordinate with the Chief Engineers and Project Delivery to drive compliance with BC project specific design standards and project delivery fundamentals and best practices. • Work with BU and IPD Leadership to identify and address personnel, performance, and process issues. • Work with the BU and IPD Leadership to facilitate improved organizational health and design services team performance. • Identify and develop the next generation of BU collaborative delivery ready PM, DM, and Discipline Leads. • Contribute to the use and continuous improvement of IPD pricing and risk management tools.

• Coordinate across Land Acquisition, Engineering and Design, Utility, Fiber, Environmental, and Construction Teams for data center development • Drive effective cross-team delivery in review, due diligence, design, and permitting phases • Establish delivery teams and manage contracts and budget • Engage stakeholders and facilitate utility connection agreements • Ensure compliance with development schedules and liaise with authorities having jurisdiction
