• Create visually compelling designs for various digital and print platforms. • Utilize AI design tools and freehand creative techniques to develop unique and engaging visuals. • Design and execute marketing materials for social media campaigns, blog content, website assets, presentations, and other brand communications. • Support the creation of creative assets for product launches, campaigns, and internal initiatives. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and delivery timelines. • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, layouts, and visual communication across all materials. • Stay up to date with current design trends, emerging technologies, and evolving creative best practices. • Assist with visual storytelling through motion graphics, lightweight animations, and short-form video content where required.

• Coding, code maintenance, and testing • Responsible for researching and implementing the latest mobile programming techniques and web technologies • Communicate with the manager or team members on issues and in providing solutions • Assist the team in achieving the project goals and meeting the project schedule • Assist with mobile app related support issues • May be required to onboard new team members in the future

• Develop and maintain Lendsqr’s visual identity across all touchpoints. • Create high-quality visual assets for social media, sales materials, presentations, blogs, and more. • Design illustrations, infographics, and other graphic content to communicate complex ideas effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to produce cohesive designs that meet business objectives. • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and campaigns. • Stay updated with design trends and adapt them to suit Lendsqr’s brand and audience. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to various Lendsqr products or services. • Collaborates with the product development team to identify and resolve product-related issues and bugs. • Monitors and analyzes systems in place to provide proactive support. • Provides relevant documentation and report on issues that have been escalated to customers. • Monitors and analyzes product usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Develops and maintains product documentation, including manuals, user guides, and training materials. • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and provide updates on product support activities. • Contributes to the development and implementation of product support strategies and best practices.

• Identify key KPIs for product quality • Test current and new products and identify weak points and the need for optimization • Maintain and update automation tests • Suggest solutions to identified product problems • Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction • Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy • Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution • Collect quality data and identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement

• Implement, test, deliver, and maintain product features (new and existing) • Create technical reports on feature implementations • Research on existing/new product features and areas of improvement • Commit to creating and maintaining secure coding practices (and standards) • Provide support for product features (when needed)

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings. • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Forecast and track key account metrics. • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. • Monitor and analyze customers' usage of our product. • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients, and developing existing client relationships. • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by leveraging your technical knowledge and sales skills. • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand the technical capabilities of our platform and how they can be used to solve customer problems. • Present the value proposition of our platform to potential clients, highlighting its unique features and benefits. • Negotiate contracts and close deals. • Provide support to clients throughout the implementation process.
