Role Description Under general supervision, this position leads the execution, optimization, and growth of the company’s digital commerce channels, with primary ownership of Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, Shopify and other direct eCommerce platforms. This role manages marketplace performance, product listings, digital advertising, pricing, inventory coordination, content enhancement, and reporting to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and support long-term eCommerce strategy. Essential Duties - Own day-to-day management and performance of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts - Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings, including titles, bullets, descriptions, back-end keywords, images, variations, and A+ Content - Manage Amazon catalog health, listing suppression's, account issues, policy compliance, and overall account health metrics - Oversee Amazon advertising programs including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and related campaign reporting and optimization - Monitor pricing, Buy Box performance, promotions, and competitive activity to support with sales operations - Analyze sales trends, traffic, conversion, advertising efficiency, and channel performance; prepare regular reports and recommendations for leadership - Identify process improvements, platform opportunities, and scalable best practices that strengthen our digital commerce operations and support long-term growth Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field - 5 years of eCommerce, Amazon marketplace management, or related experience required - 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central required - Experience with Amazon listing optimization, catalog management, and account performance reporting required - Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising performance a plus - Experience with Shopify or another direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform preferred - Google Analytics certification preferred - Amazon Advertising certification preferred Requirements - Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Amazon marketplace operations - Knowledge of eCommerce merchandising, listing optimization, SEO principles, and digital advertising concepts - Knowledge of online retail analytics, pricing practices, inventory flow, and marketplace compliance requirements - Skilled in managing Amazon product listings, advertising campaigns, and marketplace performance metrics - Skilled in analyzing data, building reports, and using Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify analytics, or similar reporting tools - Ability to manage multiple digital commerce priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional projects with strong attention to detail - Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and leadership while solving problems and driving results - Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverages - Leaves of absence - 11 paid holidays - Generous paid time off - Employer matching 401(k) PLUS a company-sponsored pension - And more! Job Summary Under general supervision, the Account Manager – MRO is responsible for growing sales in the assigned geographic territory. Education and Experience - Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery. - Bachelor’s Degree required. - Minimum of 3 years of experience selling into complex sales environments, or at least 5 years of experience selling solutions with an average 90–180 day sales cycle. Work with regional or national distributors is helpful. - Previous experience working local events and trade shows effectively to generate leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and build awareness of solutions. - Proven history of identifying and building strong relationships with prospects through a consultative and strategic approach. - Travel 30% - 45% required. - Prior MRO, Facilities Maintenance or Jan San channel experience preferred. Knowledge of HubSpot is helpful. Familiarity with a CRM is essential. - Skilled in in sales prospecting and sales presentations. - Skilled in weekly/monthly reporting of sales vs. forecast. - Ability to work remotely and in person with end customers and distributor sales personnel. - Ability to travel to customers, trade events, and corporate headquarters as needed. - Ability to partner with business units across the organization. - Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. This includes coordinating, delivering, and improving seminars, schools, and workshops both in person and virtually. The trainer helps customers understand and apply drying best practices, use R2R equipment and tools effectively, and maintain a safe and efficient response capability. Senior R2R Program Trainer Responsible for conducting classroom and on-the-job training to groups of facility and custodial personnel covering basics for remediation of Category 1 Water (clean water) intrusion. Advanced-level training professional who independently delivers and supports high-level R2R training, mentorship, and curriculum development. Performs more complex technical tasks, supports continuous improvement of the training process, and provides leadership and guidance to training team members and cross-functional partners. _________________________________________________________________________ Essential Duties R2R Program Trainer - Present in-person and virtual training events for end users, stakeholders, and partners. - Organize logistics and preparation for training facilities and materials, such as presentation deck, course materials, and certificates. - Travel as needed for offsite or regional training delivery. - Collaborate in the development and revision of training materials and presentations. - Provide ongoing technical support to customers post-training, as needed. - Administer training and distribute certificates according to R2R program requirements. - Record and share technical knowledge gathered through trainings, seminars, and field experience. - Provide occasional support to the Sales Department through product demonstrations or events. - Mentor external or newer trainers as directed. - Complete all required documentation and post-event follow-up.
