Role Description At LeadSimple, we build software that helps property managers and real estate professionals streamline operations and build strong customer relationships. We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and maintain our web applications using React on the frontend and Ruby on Rails on the backend. You’ll play a key role in shaping the architecture and delivering end-to-end solutions. - Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend). - Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. - Integrate APIs and data sources, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. - Write clean, maintainable code and ensure high performance across browsers and devices. - Mentor other engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices. Qualifications - 5+ years of full-stack development experience with React and Ruby on Rails. - Strong understanding of modern front-end frameworks, responsive design, and state management (e.g., Redux or Context API). - Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. - Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and deploying applications to cloud platforms. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote-first team. Requirements - Experience with AWS infrastructure, GraphQL or other API paradigms. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. - Experience in property management or real estate tech.
