• As the Atlassian Administrator, you’ll be a part of building a growing practice within the KL&A organization that partners with both internal and external clients. • Day-to-day, you’ll live and breathe Atlassian: implementing, configuring, and customizing instances of Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence and other Atlassian applications based on client needs. • Fueled by a passion for bringing teams together, you will collaborate with your fellow teammates to design, plan, and execute the implementations of recommended solutions. • You’ll both swarm on existing client engagements, as well as leading your own. • You’ll support your KL&A colleagues with a variety of tasks, from fulfilling maintenance requests to building something brand new. • As someone who is eager to learn, you will prioritize building and maintaining your knowledge on the Atlassian ecosystem, whether through certifications, trainings, or self-guided learning.

• Collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and software engineers, your role is instrumental in the creation, enhancement, and support of custom web applications. • Agile is the underlying foundation to our approach, and within this framework, you’ll navigate through missions such as process re-engineering and bugs, ensuring the spotlight remains on data organization and user outcome. • Effectively communicate how tech solutions meet business needs, refining requirements through JAD sessions. • Work closely with clients and internal development teams to build web applications. • Become the subject matter expert and a trusted resource for your client. • Validate feature specifications.

• As a Junior Proposal Writer, you’ll work closely with the Proposal Manager, technical subject matter experts, content contributors, teammates, and business development leaders. • You will participate in many stages of the proposal development lifecycle (PDLC) from solicitation analysis through content development, review and editing, to final production. • You’ll work closely with contributors, especially technical solution teams, to ensure all contributed content is well-written, meets standards, and, most importantly, clearly demonstrates how the proposed solution meets the client’s needs. • In between proposals, you’ll work with the Proposal Manager to ensure content assets are created or updated, maintaining a high-quality, robust library.

• As a Project Coordinator, you'll make project success your top priority by assisting the team in delivering high-quality solutions that provide meaningful business value to the clients. • You will be responsible for monitoring various administrative reports and acting when needed. • You’ll be providing support to a statewide initiative across multiple State of Michigan government agencies. • You will collaborate with your team to create project documentation and artifacts, such as status reports, stakeholder presentations, communication plans, etc. • You will also be an important asset for client meetings by creating agendas, addressing follow-up items, and ensuring team members have what they need to make the project a success.
