YOUR ROLE ------------------------------ As Growth Marketing Manager at Kolsquare, your role sits at the intersection of acquisition execution and performance intelligence. You will drive demand across paid and owned channels while owning the analytical layer that tells us what's working, where leads are lost, and where to invest next. Concretely, this means designing, executing, and optimising our demand-capture strategy across all acquisition channels while maintaining the full-funnel visibility that ensures every marketing investment decision is grounded in data. YOUR SCOPE Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Digital Marketing, you will lead Kolsquare’s global acquisition initiatives and full-funnel analytics across all markets and audiences. Your scope covers all demand-capture activities across paid and owned acquisition channels — including paid social, paid search, and emerging platforms — designing the conversion paths, lead-capture mechanics, and campaign structures that turn interest into qualified leads. You will also own the full-funnel performance and attribution layer to assess channel effectiveness. Through performance dashboards, attribution analysis, and deep-funnel diagnostics, you will identify channel contributions, conversion opportunities, and drop-offs that impact pipeline generation and provide insights that guide marketing investment decisions. Working closely with your Growth & Digital team peers, Product Marketing, Content, and Field Marketing teams, you will ensure that campaigns are supported by strong landing pages, effective follow-up journeys, consistent tracking frameworks, and clear attribution models. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Demand-capture strategy & channel management - Define and continuously refine Kolsquare’s demand-capture strategy to efficiently convert audience interest into qualified leads. - Design the lead capture mechanics that support acquisition efforts: campaign entry points, landing page structure, forms, calls-to-action, and conversion paths. - Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Website teams to align offers, messaging, and conversion journeys with campaign objectives. - Work closely with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing to ensure lead capture initiatives generate qualified prospects that can effectively progress through the funnel. - Paid media execution & optimisation - Plan, launch, and manage acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms and markets. - Run structured experiments on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance. - Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, budgets, and formats accordingly. - Identify opportunities to expand into new channels, formats, or growth experiments. - Tracking & measurement - Work closely with Growth Operations to maintain reliable tracking and attribution between marketing platforms and the CRM. - Implement and maintain consistent campaign naming, tagging, and tracking practices across all acquisition channels. - Ensure campaign data is accurately captured across analytics, marketing, and CRM systems. - Contribute to the evolution of the team's attribution models and measurement frameworks. - Business intelligence & performance analysis - Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility on acquisition performance, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact — across channels, campaigns, and markets. - Monitor performance trends across channels and initiatives, identifying anomalies, drop-offs, and friction points affecting lead generation and conversion. - Analyse how different campaigns — such as downloadable assets and webinars — contribute to pipeline generation, identifying which formats and topics drive the strongest engagement and qualified opportunities. - Turn analytical findings into actionable recommendations that inform channel strategy, campaign priorities, and marketing investment decisions. - Share performance insights and learnings with the wider Marketing team to help guide campaign planning, content priorities, and continuous optimisation. YOUR PROFILE ------------------------------ Must-haves 🫵 - 4–6 years of experience in a Growth role focused on customer acquisition and demand generation, in a B2B SaaS or MarTech environment with international scope. - Proven expertise in planning and managing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta), with a track record of driving qualified pipeline, not just lead volume. - Strong background in full-funnel performance measurement: you're comfortable owning dashboards, building attribution models, and connecting campaign activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. - Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign experimentation — on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies — using structured insights to continuously optimise conversion rates and ROAS. - Solid understanding of demand capture mechanics: landing page strategy, lead form optimisation, and conversion path structuring. - Analytical mindset with the ability to go beyond surface metrics. You can diagnose funnel drop-offs, identify channel inefficiencies, and turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. - Fluent in English and at least one other Kolsquare language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian; every other language is a plus). - A team player who thrives in a collaborative, international environment. - Agile and flexible, able to react quickly and travel occasionally within Europe. - Curious, proactive, and accountable, with a hands-on mindset and strong ownership of results. Nice-to-haves ✌️ - Experience using AI tools for ad copy personalisation, testing, or reporting automation. - Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator economy platforms, or social commerce — a genuine plus given Kolsquare's market positioning. - Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) approaches and the ability to align acquisition tactics with target account strategies. YOUR ROLE ------------------------------ As part of the Revenue team, the Scale Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving adoption, retention, and expansion across a large portfolio of customers using mainly one-to-many and automated engagement models. Unlike traditional high-touch CSMs, the Scale CSM leverages digital programs, lifecycle campaigns, in-app messaging, webinars, and data insights to deliver value at scale. He proactively contacts at-risk customers with personalized action.
