This hands-on leadership role will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and account-based channels, optimize marketing automation and lead generation, and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to deliver measurable business growth. What you bring: - 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or integrated campaign management. - Proven success building and scaling a demand generation function, including strategy, execution, and optimization. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including HubSpot and Salesforce, to manage lead lifecycle, nurturing, reporting, and sales alignment. - Expertise executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid social, search, email, webinars, content syndication, and account-based marketing (ABM). - Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus) and driving account engagement in complex B2B sales environments. - Strong analytical skills with experience developing dashboards, measuring campaign performance, and using data to optimize pipeline growth and marketing ROI. - Healthcare marketing experience preferred, with knowledge of hospitals, health systems, or other complex provider organizations. • Configure and support integration-related system settings within Knowtion Health platforms, including: Status, Action/Result, and Closure Codes. • Facility and client mapping configurations. • Snowflake ELT pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes. • Inbound and outbound file configurations, validation rules, and data transformations. • Assist with migration efforts from legacy technologies to modern cloud-based solutions. • Process inbound and outbound files according to defined schedules. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders, both internally and with clients. • Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and integration-related issues.

• Frame ambiguous revenue-cycle problems as tractable modeling problems and own them end to end such as claim and invoice viability scoring, denial and underpayment prediction, revenue/ARR prediction, and work prioritization from hypothesis to a validated, monitored result in production • Build and validate models with statistical rigor: thoughtful feature design, sound handling of missingness and class imbalance, calibration, honest evaluation against simple baselines, and a clear treatment of uncertainty • Design, build, and maintain the data pipelines feeding these models integrating with source collections, billing, and EHR systems and internal data stores, and handling data collection, cleansing, field mapping, and payer/plan normalization with a bias toward reliability and data quality • Establish and own MLOps practice: model monitoring and drift detection (e.g., population stability), calibration and threshold selection, benchmarking against simple baselines, explainability (e.g., SHAP and interpretable coefficients), experiment and version tracking, and model documentation such as model cards • Partner with subject-matter experts to encode business-rule and heuristic logic alongside statistical models where that produces a more accurate or more defensible result • Gather and document business requirements for revenue-cycle initiatives, including workflows, decision points, stakeholder objectives, operational constraints, success criteria, data availability, and underlying business assumptions, and maintain traceability as those requirements evolve.

• Serve as chief legal advisor to the CEO & executive team, providing pragmatic, business-oriented counsel on strategy, growth, risk, and governance. • Build and lead the Legal, Compliance & Risk organization, including the enterprise risk management framework and quarterly Board risk reporting. • Own the full commercial contract lifecycle (MSAs, BAAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements) and lead negotiations with hospital systems, health plans, and channel partners, balancing risk with deal velocity. • Create templates, playbooks, and guardrails, and implement a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, that empower Growth and Customer teams to move fast. • Own the enterprise healthcare compliance program (OIG seven elements) spanning HIPAA/HITECH, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare/Medicaid billing rules, coordination of benefits, No Surprises Act, and TCPA/patient outreach compliance. • Lead legal incident response and breach readiness, including OCR and state notification obligations and client notifications under BAAs. • Drive responsible AI governance in partnership with the CISO and executive team, including data-use and model-training rights, client consent, IP ownership, and human-in-the-loop requirements. • Manage all litigation, disputes, regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, audits, and the corporate insurance program. • Provide legal leadership on M&A, financing, and strategic transactions, and partner with the private equity sponsor on governance and exit readiness. • Partner with the Chief People Officer on multi-state employment law compliance for a fully remote, 39-state workforce.

• Receives, reviews, collates, and submits claim documents and medical records through electronic processes, with accuracy and integrity, ensuring HIPAA compliance. • Faxes claim documents, with accuracy and integrity, ensuring HIPAA compliance. • Renames electronic files of scanned mail received, ensuring it is stored in the appropriate client/patient folder. • Claim Data Entry, Such as... • Reviews medical record documentation to verify clinical indicators and coding issues as related to DRG Validation Audits, Emergency Department Downgrade Audits, Inpatient Level of Care Audits, and Charge Outlier Audits, etc. • Creates detailed appeal letters for denials from payer to support payment of patient claims • Manages Inventory and Follow up on accounts as appropriate • Reviews InterQual/Milliman, coding guidelines and/or payer medical policies related to denied procedures or services and includes criteria in appeals letter as appropriate • Provides feedback to supervisor regarding issues identified for ongoing training to peers and non-clinical staff members • Identifies root causes and trends to share with clients and staff • Works with peers in collaboration of clinical writing situations

• Provides direction on inventory to team members, daily. • Monitors inventory backlog, reviews reports (timely filing, aging, other) to ensure compliance with client protocols. • Reviews and summarizes accounts up to a designated amount for closure based on standard operating procedure for each client. • Conducts one-on-one meetings, monthly to provide coaching and mentoring to team members. • Retrieves and analyze reports relating to inventory workflow to ensure the correct accounts are being worked on by team members. • Escalates complex, complicated, or challenging accounts to management to ensure accounts are progressing effectively.
