RE PartnersWe make the Aspirational Attainable. We Do Better Together to Deliver Real Change.
Role Description We are looking for a highly organized and creative Content Video Producer to lead the planning, production, and delivery of developer-focused video content for Oracle AI Database. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, technical storytelling, production management, and stakeholder coordination. You will help shape video concepts from idea to publication, working with developer advocates, product managers, engineers, marketers, designers, editors, and external contributors. The ideal candidate understands how to produce content for technical audiences, can manage complex production workflows, and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly. You do not need to be a database engineer, but you should be curious about AI, data, cloud, and developer technologies, and able to translate technical input into strong content plans. - Own the end-to-end production process for developer video content, from concept development through scripting, production, editing, review, publishing, and optimization. - Develop video concepts for tutorials, demos, explainers, interviews, customer stories, launch content, event content, webinars, livestreams, and short-form social assets. - Partner with developer advocates, product teams, engineers, and subject matter experts to identify compelling technical stories and turn them into clear content outlines. - Create production briefs, scripts, run-of-show documents, shot lists, interview questions, storyboards, and review plans. - Coordinate filming, remote recordings, studio sessions, demo captures, livestreams, event coverage, and post-production workflows. - Manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, stakeholder feedback, and delivery schedules across multiple video projects. - Ensure content is aligned with Oracle AI Database messaging, developer audience needs, technical accuracy, and channel requirements. - Work closely with motion designers, editors, writers, and creative teams to deliver polished, consistent, high-impact video assets. - Repurpose longer-form content into derivative assets such as clips, teasers, thumbnails, quote cards, social posts, transcripts, blog embeds, and campaign packages. - Track video performance and use insights to improve future content formats, hooks, pacing, topics, and distribution plans. - Maintain a production calendar and help prioritize video work based on launches, campaigns, events, developer needs, and business goals. Qualifications - Experience producing video content for technology, software, cloud, enterprise, developer tools, AI, data, SaaS, or B2B audiences. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple productions, stakeholders, deadlines, and review cycles at once. - Strong editorial judgment and an ability to identify what makes a technical topic interesting, useful, and credible. - Experience creating production briefs, scripts, content outlines, interview flows, and post-production notes. - Ability to collaborate with technical experts and translate complex ideas into clear narratives. - Familiarity with video production workflows, including pre-production, recording, post-production, review, publishing, and repurposing. - Strong communication skills and the ability to align creative, technical, and business stakeholders. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities. - Resilient, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to keep projects moving without losing sight of quality. Requirements - Understanding of developer education, developer relations, technical marketing, or product-led content. - Familiarity with AI, databases, SQL, vector search, RAG, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, application development, or machine learning concepts. - Experience producing YouTube content, livestreams, webinars, product demos, launch videos, technical event content, or conference programming. - Experience working with distributed teams and remote recording workflows. - Familiarity with content analytics, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn performance, SEO, audience retention, and content optimization. - Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Frame.io, Descript, Riverside, OBS, StreamYard, Figma, Airtable, Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar. - Experience building repeatable content formats or scalable editorial production systems. Benefits - Join our global team and shape the future of business technology consulting. - As a diverse, woman-owned global business, we pride ourselves on keeping talent happy – our 7% attrition rate speaks volumes. - Bring your talented friends along and earn a referral bonus. Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
