• Own each squad's delivery cycle (planning, rituals, mid-cycle adjustments, and retrospectives) so cycles are predictable and improving • Ensure every initiative flows correctly through Discovery, Refinement, Delivery, Rollout, and Post-Delivery, with risk surfaced early through timely feasibility assessments and spikes • Drive estimation excellence: coach teams to produce realistic estimates, set milestones that emerge from them, and hold squads to committed dates • Track and improve technical KPIs: lead time, PR cycle time, change failure rate, defect density, and date predictability • Drive cross-squad coordination on shared initiatives, dependencies, and reusable components • Enforce our Product Development Process consistently across all three squads; kick-offs, refinement, technical and testing plans, and delivery rituals are non-negotiable • Ensure every squad member knows and follows the process. Gaps in adherence are a leadership failure, not an engineer failure • Continuously evaluate processes and retire those that no longer serve us • Manage, coach, and develop three engineering squads, owning their delivery health, team composition, and career development • Develop Engineering Leads so they own technical feasibility, refinement, estimation, and delivery excellence within their squad • Foster a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and high performance • Own onboarding for your squads • Champion agentic coding as the default way squads build, test, and refactor, with a "trust but verify" approach that concentrates human review where domain expertise, security, and product judgment matter most • Identify repetitive workflows and drive their automation • Track AI-native health signals such as onboarding ramp time, PR cycle time, and AI-assisted commit rate

• Own and drive the infrastructure roadmap across cloud and hybrid environments • Lead the rollout and adoption of Kubernetes across the platform • Improve and scale CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, and deployment workflows • Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code practices using OpenTofu/Terraform • Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, networking, observability, and reliability • Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to support production systems and data infrastructure • Coach developers on infrastructure and operational best practices • Lead and mentor a growing DevOps team while helping establish strong engineering standards • Drive proactive improvements instead of reactive operational firefighting • Support scalability initiatives to enable continued rapid customer growth

• Own the quality of the Platform: you have clear ownership over platform quality across squads and therefore are functionally responsible for Quality in the entire Engineering department, meaning you take care of Quality as a discipline in terms of prioritization, standards, processes, mentoring, reviews, roadmap execution, etc. • Customer Care: you own the quality of the platform beyond manual or automated tests. You are aware of customer success metrics and are able to gather customers feedback and are able to prioritize it and bring suggestions on action points. • Own and evolve Quality Engineering initiatives: You take ownership of existing QE initiatives such as traceability, quality metrics, defect observability, CI improvements, and testing processes, iterating on them so they become useful, reliable, and actionable. • Make software quality visible: You turn quality data into clear insights, dashboards, and signals that help teams understand the health of the application and act on issues before they affect users. • Improve end-to-end test automation: You design, implement, and continuously improve E2E test automation to increase confidence in releases and reduce manual effort across the engineering organization. • Strengthen testing across the stack: You improve integration testing, support better unit testing practices, and ensure testing is effectively embedded into CI and development workflows. • Own the Quality Engineering roadmap: You identify what is business-critical, what is slowing teams down, and where quality risks are highest, then translate those insights into a practical QE roadmap. • Collaborate with Engineering teams: You work across the engineering organization to improve quality processes while keeping shipping speed high. • Build a Quality Assistance culture: You help developers own quality by enabling better testing practices, improving feedback loops, and creating processes that support teams rather than acting as a gatekeeper. • Lead and support the QA chapter: You manage and mentor the existing QA team, helping them grow while setting clear standards for how Quality Engineering should operate at JUPUS.

• Develop, expand, and optimize our tech and tool landscape (especially HubSpot) across the entire revenue funnel, from initial marketing leads to contract renewals • Work closely with your team members and the Head of Data to enable teams, enhance functionality and automation for scalable processes • Build and further develop efficient RevOps processes, acting as the interface between Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing • Identify and implement best practices for scaling • Analyze, streamline, and continuously improve existing processes and systems • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) to ensure an excellent customer experience
