• Drive the product strategy, defining a clear product vision. • Ensure the successful delivery of high-value features to meet user needs and business goals. • Maintain a holistic view of the market, product lifecycle, and its strategic direction. • Act as the primary liaison between key stakeholders (customers, business leaders, and development teams). • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized. • Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to facilitate Scrum ceremonies. • Make key decisions on product features, functionality, design, and user experience. • Promote an environment of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback.

• Develop Advanced Product Expertise: Continuously deepen your knowledge of Jackrabbit’s features and functionalities, staying up-to-date with product enhancements and workflow changes, to provide industry-leading support and consultative advice. • Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) Ownership: Drive the KCS methodology by taking ownership of the knowledge lifecycle. • Serve as a KCS Publisher responsible for the final validation and quality of critical knowledge articles before they are released for client self-service and team use. • Multi-Channel Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical resource for our clients, offering support across multiple channels including chat, phone, and tickets. • Navigate and troubleshoot a broad spectrum of issues, from browser/device compatibility to system bugs, data discrepancies, and accounting reconciliations. • Client-Centric Solutions and Success: Engage proactively with clients, utilizing your extensive product knowledge (and leveraging the KCS knowledge base) to deliver tailored, creative solutions that address their unique challenges. • Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, recommending best practices, workflow optimizations, and integrations to improve their operational efficiency and enhance user experience. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Development and Research teams to troubleshoot, escalate, and test product issues, ensuring seamless product functionality and advocating for client-centric improvements. • Subject Matter Expert Development: Focus on becoming a subject matter expert (SME) in specialized areas of Jackrabbit (website integration, QuickBooks, and other third-party integrations), guiding internal teams on complex issues, and contributing foundational knowledge to the KCS library for these areas. • Promote Integrations and Tools: Educate clients on the value of third-party integrations such as QuickBooks, Twilio, Zapier, and Jackrabbit Plus. • Industry Engagement and Education: Provide technical and educational support for client engagement efforts (trade shows, webinars, and site visits) to ensure clients are equipped with the knowledge and tools to maximize their use of Jackrabbit.

• Design, build and optimize mission-critical applications in a collaborative, agile environment. • Own items in the product backlog; prepares refining inputs, estimates impact, flags dependencies, and keeps status up to date. • Leads problem definition and research plans, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests; synthesizes findings into clear problem statements. • Shepherds features through design, development, QA/UAT, release notes, and post-launch follow-up with a user-centric design mindset. • Elevate Design Collaboration: Leads Product Developers through reviewing and refining UI/UX designs providing constructive, user-centric feedback to ensure compliance with usability, design system, and accessibility standards throughout the development lifecycle.

• Manages core HR functions, ensuring project and department milestones are met in adherence to approved budgets. • Administers full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure the right talent is brought into the organization. • Manages pay and benefits programs; partners with the Payroll Administrator to ensure all data is accurate and compliant for timely employee pay. • Maintains updated employee records (pay, benefits, performance, safety) and ensures all reporting complies with federal and local employment laws. • Leads employee investigations, disciplinary efforts, and terminations by partnering with and guiding people managers in best practices and ensuring sensitivity to confidential matters; develops and delivers internal staff communications. • Develops and implements HR policies and programs that support health and safety, diversity, and organizational effectiveness. • Develops employee training programs and collaborates with leadership on special projects; may manage subordinate staff as the department grows. • Evaluates, selects, and manages ongoing relationships with third-party vendors to provide supplemental HR services to include PEO and EOR partner organizations.

• Contribute to the development of mission-critical applications while building your technical skills in a collaborative, agile environment. • Develop scalable, high-quality software using C#, .NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks under the guidance of senior engineers. • Participate in code reviews, both receiving and providing feedback to improve code quality. • Ensure code reliability through robust unit testing and effectively integrate new features into existing legacy systems. • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues. • Translate requirements into clear, actionable solutions and contribute to solving technical challenges with the team. • Contribute to product development through agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality delivery.
