Business Solutions Partner – LATAM
IVIX
• Build trusted, strategic partnerships with state tax teams, gaining deep understanding of their jurisdictional structures and operational models. • Serve as the primary bridge between customers and IVIX, translating tax agency requirements and operational pain points into structured technical capabilities and measurable outcomes. • Provide tax domain leadership, resolving complex jurisdictional questions and guiding internal product development based on customer needs. • Own full end-to-end delivery cycles — from initial Proof of Value (POV) through deployment — managing timelines, milestones, and success criteria to ensure actionable results. • Represent the voice of the customer internally by collaborating closely with Product, R&D, Data Solutions, and Sales to drive long-term product improvements. • Partner with Sales leadership to identify renewal and expansion opportunities by clearly demonstrating ROI and leveraging client successes. • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks early, and mitigate friction points to ensure long-term client success.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of hands-on and management experience in tax enforcement (DOR, IRS, or similar) OR 8+ years of specialized tax consulting experience (e.g., Big Four SALT/Forensics).
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex investigations or high-stakes audit projects (“Audit DNA”).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple tax jurisdictions.
- Client-centric mindset with proven ability to lead sync meetings, manage complex timelines, and align senior stakeholders.
- Technical curiosity and aptitude to understand AI-driven technology and analytical methodologies (advanced Excel capabilities are highly valued).
- BA/B.Sc. in a quantitative or business-related discipline (Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related fields); advanced degree is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environment.
- Strong cultural fluency, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building capabilities across diverse stakeholders.
- High ownership mentality with the ability to influence without formal authority and execute both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support US-based clients, with occasional travel to LATAM and Israel.
- Experience in Sales & Use, Corporate Income, or Nexus investigations is highly valued.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Compensation Partners conduct a variety of organizational compensation services, including market analysis, equity studies, and job evaluations. They provide support for cyclical compensation activities such as the annual rewards cycle process, annual market review and pay equity analysis. They serve as system experts in Workday and our compensation survey management tool, Payfactors. Essential Functions: - Provide support and guidance to the organization, in partnership with Compensation Consultants, on a wide range of compensation services including job evaluations, market reviews, and equity studies. Present recommendations to business leaders under the guidance of Compensation leadership and/or Compensation Consultants. - Support and/or lead compensation services. In support of Compensation Operations, this may include the annual rewards cycle process, annual market review, pay equity analyses and/or union administration. In support of Executive Compensation, this may include data collection for annual tally sheets used for reasonableness letters and 990 filings. - Interpret compensation policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements and related labor laws and regulations under general guidance. Provide counsel on compensation-related practices, laws and regulations. - Participate on cross functional project teams in the design, recommendation, and implementation of new or existing pay practices to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and consistency. Collaborate with Compensation leadership and Consultants on small to mid-size projects and provide support for large projects. - Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining compensation policy and procedure documentation, including documentation of incentive, premium, and special pay programs. - Participate in third-party salary surveys and coordinate integration of local market survey data with third party software to recommend changes to existing salary range assignments.
