• Responding to client inquiries regarding retirement plan payments, including periodic and non-periodic payments. • Assisting clients with understanding their payment options, including lump sum distributions, death benefits, rollovers, and loan withdrawals. • Reprinting tax forms, verifying current record information, sending change request forms to participants as requested.
• Own assigned Professional services and IT spend categories (e.g., Consulting, SaaS, Cloud/Infrastructure, End-User Devices, Managed Services); • Run end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ cycles (requirements, scoring, supplier Q&A, demos, commercial analysis), and down-select vendors. • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations (pricing, rate cards, milestones, SLAs, service credits, EULA terms, data privacy, security exhibits, and renewals). • Partner with Legal/InfoSec/Privacy to finalize MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, SLAs, and ensure compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA as applicable). • Deliver measurable savings, cost avoidance, and improved TCO; validate and document benefits with Finance (should-cost models, benchmarking, and clean-sheeting where relevant). • Execute vendor due diligence, performance scorecards, QBRs, and corrective action plans; support rapid supplier onboarding. • Rationalize licenses, right-size entitlements, avoid shelf-ware; optimize term lengths, uplift caps, and renewals calendars. • Translate business needs into sourcing plans; facilitate decision meetings; provide clear market intel and options trade-offs. • Maintain sourcing pipeline, dashboards, and contract repositories; ensure clean data for audit and reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js • Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning • Create and maintain SSIS packages to support ETL workflows • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in Microsoft Azure • Work with CI/CD pipelines to enable automated builds and deployments • Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to deliver robust solutions • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for secure and maintainable code.

• Prospect new customers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking • Identify and qualify leads and convert them into real sales opportunities • Explain AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI products in a clear, simple, and compelling way • Set up meetings and demos for prospects • Build and manage a pipeline of deals in the CRM • Follow up consistently and close new business • Work closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to grow revenue
• Design, develop, and modify JDE E1 applications, reports, and interfaces. • Enhance and customize manufacturing-related functionalities. • Build integrations with third-party systems and external applications. • Support and optimize key modules such as Manufacturing Management, Inventory Management, Shop Floor Control, and more. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting production, planning, or supply chain operations. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Debug, troubleshoot, and apply performance optimizations across JDE E1 components. • Participate in upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare technical documentation, unit test plans, and release notes. • Collaborate with business analysts, manufacturing SMEs, project managers, and offshore/onsite teams.
• Lead full lifecycle JDE E1 projects including enhancements, implementations, rollouts, and upgrade workstreams. • Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, communications, and stakeholder alignment. • Run daily stand-ups, weekly status meetings, roadmapping, and steering committee updates. • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, CNC, development, QA, plant operations. • Work closely with Manufacturing SMEs, plant managers, production planners, and supply chain teams to gather requirements. • Ensure business processes align with JDE E1 best practices and identify areas for improvement. • Translate manufacturing process needs into structured functional requirements. • Support cross-module impacts (Inventory, Procurement, Planning, Finance). • Coordinate testing cycles: SIT, UAT, regression, cutover rehearsals. • Build and execute detailed cutover plans. • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business leadership, and plant operations. • Provide clear project updates, dashboards, risks, and recommendations.
• Design, build, modify, and optimize reports using JDE ReportNow tools and capabilities. • Create operational, financial, and S&D reports including dashboards, detail-level documents, KPIs, and exception-based reporting. • Develop custom layouts, data presentations, and logic leveraging JDE data structures. • Partner with Finance teams to deliver reports for: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial statements, Revenue, margin, and cost reporting. • Partner with Sales & Distribution teams to deliver reports for: Order-to-Cash, Sales activity and booking/billing metrics, Inventory, pricing, shipping, and fulfillment, Customer-level and item-level reporting. • Identify required JDE E1 tables, joins, and data relationships for accurate reporting. • Perform data validation, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy. • Enhance existing reports based on business feedback and evolving requirements. • Prepare technical documentation, data maps, test plans, and user guides. • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and PMO stakeholders.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy JDE E1 Orchestrations, Notifications, Watchlists, and Service Requests for process automation • Architect real-time integrations between JDE and external applications (RPA bots, chatbots, AI co-pilot tools, mobile apps, APIs) • Build reusable orchestration components to streamline and standardize automation workflows • Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing orchestrations for performance, scalability, and stability • Implement end-to-end automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms • Integrate Orchestrator with cloud services, REST APIs, message queues, and AI-driven tools
