This is a remote position. A clinic in a beautiful location North of Santa Rosa, CA is looking for a full-time Behavioral Health Counselor to join their team. Details are listed below! Pay: $44.00 - $49.00/hour Behavioral Health Counselor Opportunity: - Must be comfortable treating children - Remote position - To be able to assess the clients need for Therapy. - Maintain knowledge of community resources and programs and make appropriate referrals as required for both BH and SUD Services - Maintain knowledge of community resources and programs and make appropriate referrals as required. - Coordinate all aspects of your client’s treatment and provide ongoing counseling. Behavioral Health Counselor Qualifications: - The Behavioral Health Counselor must possess a current and active license as an LCSW or MFT to practice counseling in the State of California or be a registered LCSW/MFCC intern with the California Board of Behavioral Science Examiners. - Must be aware of the State and Federal regulations regarding confidentiality and release of Medical and Behavioral Health information. - Must be aware of current reporting laws concerning sexual, physical or emotional abuse of a minor or adult, and current laws pertaining to therapists. A reputable medical facility is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Compensation to join their corporate team! - Pay ranges from $180,000-$200,000/annually - Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position - Schedule: Mon-Fri during standard business hours - Remote position The Director of Compensation leads and oversees the compensation function within a large, complex organization operating across multiple locations and markets. This role is responsible for the performance of the compensation team and for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs, including base salary, incentive plans, and executive compensation for corporate and non-provider employee groups. Qualifications - Must have Bachelor’s degree - Must have at least 8 years of progressive compensation experience in a large or complex organization - Must have at least 5 years of people management experience, including leadership of managers or senior professionals - Experience with designing, implementing, or stabilizing compensation programs - Experience in healthcare services, multi-site operations, or joint venture environments highly preferred Company Description
