What you'll be doing - Aligning with global wealth and trading operations - Implementing and maintaining robust first-line controls across operations, including maker-checker, reconciliations, exception management, and access/entitlement controls - Collaborating closely with Customer Support, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to support regulatory reporting, transaction reporting, and client money/safeguarding regimes - Participating in risk assessments, audits, and regulatory reviews, developing action plans and remediation - Leading investigations and resolutions of operational incidents, near misses, and client-impacting issues, and driving root-cause analysis and sustainable fixes - Defining and tracking operational KRIs and KPIs, producing clear and insightful reporting to senior management - Supporting the selection, onboarding, and ongoing management of key operational partners (brokers, custodians, middle-office providers, data vendors, etc.) - Ensuring contractual obligations and operational dependencies are well-understood and managed Qualifications - A degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or related field - 8+ years of operations experience in a securities business (fintech or brokers) - An understanding of end-to-end trading and post-trade flows across multiple asset classes, including equities and ETFs - A track record of designing, implementing, and testing effective operational controls - Familiarity with AU or regional regulatory requirements for brokerage operations, or the ability to learn and apply new regulatory frameworks quickly - To be comfortable working with data and basic tooling (e.g., Excel, BI tools, SQL) - A proven ability to operate in fast-changing, high-growth environments and manage competing priorities Nice to have - Familiarity with fixed income, derivatives, FX, and/or funds Important notice for candidates: - Job scams are on the rise. • Own the full lifecycle of the Flight Plan from client onboarding through full operational deployment. • Ensure each client's Flight Plan is properly set up, maintained, and generating actionable insights. • Monitor the health and accuracy of each client's operational and financial dashboards — including P&Ls, revenue tracking, and margin reporting. • Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in a client's infrastructure and drive resolution. • Ensure clients are actively using and benefiting from the insights derived from their Flight Plan. • Build and maintain automations that connect platforms and remove manual work. • Audit existing automations, catch weak points early, and keep everything running reliably. • Document workflows and integrations so the team can rely on them without you in the room. • Partner with cross-functional teams to surface pain points and design fit-for-purpose solutions. • Experiment with LLMs and emerging tools and translate capability into operational value. • Help build AI-enhanced workflows that make the team faster and sharper. • Support leadership in evaluating new platforms and surface clear, well-scoped recommendations. • Document systems and adoption guidelines to support rollout across the team.

• Review incoming plan sponsor data from the brokers and plan sponsors. • Provide the broker and/or plan sponsors with access to Wrangle’s database. • Review and respond with approval or questions to incoming plan sponsor data. • Perform regular checks to ensure auto reports are being sent out appropriately. • Follow Wrangle’s Best Practices Form 5500 Timeline, responding to emails in a timely manner.
