• Own and evolve scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Cypress across UI, API, regression, and end-to-end flows • Define and drive test strategy in collaboration with product and engineering — including shift-left practices integrated at design and PR stage • Mentor and manage QA contractors and full-timers; run code reviews, guide framework decisions, and unblock the team day-to-day • Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated pipelines for continuous test execution and release gating • Champion AI-assisted testing tools to improve test generation, failure analysis, and coverage identification • Establish quality benchmarks, define go/no-go criteria, and own release readiness for high-impact launches • Perform exploratory and risk-based testing on critical features — not just automation upkeep • Identify flaky tests, coverage gaps, and technical debt in the test suite and drive resolution
• Defining: What is our story? You will be identifying the story we want to tell with the product we have today and the product we are building for tomorrow. You will partner closely with the CMO and CEO. You must be opinionated. • Delivering: How do we deliver that story in marketing? You will be actively producing content to deliver the story in market, including: Analyst briefings, Ghost writing LinkedIn posts for leadership, Case studies, Website product & solution pages, Product announcements blog post, social posts, Partner with our events and ads team. • Refining: How well does that story land with sales? Product marketing is never “done” and you will constantly be evolving the story based on market feedback, including: Closed-lost review, including calls, with stage 3+ lost deals, Listening to sales calls and hearing feedback from sales. • You will be using Claude Code and will discuss your usage in the interview.

Forward Deployed Solution Architect

• Serve as a forward deployed architect . You will go deep with target customers, identify their Jobs to be Done, and build working AI-native prototypes that solve real problems — not slide decks. • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand key business objectives and define solution implementation requirements. • Provide implementation recommendations and enablement across data warehouse, customer data platforms, CRM integrations, forms, web tracking, and product activity data. • Plan and lead customers through implementation and onboarding with a focus on time-to-value and risk management. • Use AI tools (Claude Code, agent workflows) to accelerate solution delivery and prototype customer solutions on the fly. • Aggregate common issues and customer patterns to feed back into the product roadmap — identifying tool gaps, context gaps, and reusable capabilities and enhancements. • Advocate for customers on issue resolution and feature prioritization. • Contribute to managing churn risk, driving revenue retention, and expansion opportunities. • Share wins, failures, and learnings with the team to compound everyone's AI fluency.
