Technology Community Manager

• Lead the development and execution of technology strategies aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and growth. • Conduct workshops with clients to identify opportunities to deliver value through technological solutions, including automation, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, and data analytics. • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners to translate business requirements into viable technological solutions. • Foster the development of technology communities, promoting a culture of innovation and increasing knowledge, adoption, and development of technological solutions. • Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in technology, digital transformation, and solution architecture. • Monitor the technology trends radar and propose strategic initiatives based on that analysis. • Create and distribute communication materials, such as newsletters and blogs, to engage the community on technology and innovation topics. • Ensure compliance with guidelines and best practices for the development and implementation of technological solutions, cultivating a culture of governance, information security, and quality, with a focus on monitoring metrics and performance indicators. • Evaluate the performance of community initiatives and events by conducting impact analyses and collecting feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Solid understanding of concepts and practical applications of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, digital platforms, and enterprise environments.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and project management, preferably with relevant certifications.
  • Understanding of the client's business and ability to translate needs into technological solutions.
  • Previous experience in roles related to technology, digital transformation, systems analysis, or technical community management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Knowledge of facilitation techniques for workshops and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Understanding of emerging technology trends, applying this knowledge to develop innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
