Regional Service Manager
InCharge Energy
• Provide leadership and supervision to field service technicians on day-to-day operations for your region • Ensure that technicians and service partners are equipped with the proper knowledge, tools, and materials to perform the specific job tasks • Assist service coordinators in strategizing and planning daily schedules of field service technicians for assigned region • Support service team on escalated customer issues to drive customer satisfaction • Track technician hours and verify they are calculated back to jobs and cost centers accurately • Monitor work order completion and close out for services performed by field service technicians • Work with service quote team to ensure accuracy and proper parts usage • Work with Service Account Managers to ensure all SLAs and PMs are being met accordingly • Address quality issues reported from the field with Quality Department and third-party manufactures • Maintain weekly meetings with staff for scheduling and technical support • Interview and support onboarding for new service team members • Work with training manager to assign technicians to upcoming classes and ensure compliance with ongoing virtual training
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar or related role, with exposure to troubleshooting, service work, or field operations
- Demonstrated experience providing leadership or guidance to others, including supervising, overseeing work, or mentoring team members
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
- Detail-oriented, good follow-through. Must work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to present to our client’s senior management team, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to conceptualize, analyze, and prioritize complex business scenarios.
