Title: Talent Engagement Coordinator Location: Remote occasional travel to Fareham (PO15) Salary: Competitive + Benefits Contract: FTC Maternity Cover Brand: Carbon60 Job description We are looking for a Talent Engagement Coordinator to support candidates from offer stage through onboarding, assignment and offboarding. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, coordination and problem-solving, and wants to build a career in talent or recruitment. About the role As the main point of contact for candidates, you will coordinate onboarding, manage queries, work with internal and offshore teams, and help deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience. This is a high-volume role that helps ensure candidates are ready to start on time and feel supported throughout their journey. What you will be doing - Managing candidate onboarding activities in line with agreed start dates - Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout onboarding and assignment - Liaising with internal stakeholders including consultants, payroll, HR, legal and offshore support teams - Handling and coordinating candidate queries, including more sensitive or time-critical issues - Supporting candidate lifecycle activity through to offboarding and feedback collection - Ensuring accurate administration and consistent use of multiple systems and processes - Helping to deliver a smooth, responsive and high-quality candidate experience Job requirements What we are looking for We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, particularly those with experience in customer service, administration, coordination or call-centre environments. • Participate as the configuration lead on various projects including the creation and implementation of technology and business solutions • Provide tier 2 support to MSP clients and program office teams • Utilize a variety of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Coupa, etc. • Collect, review and input data via flat files into VMS; audit output data and resolve errors where applicable • Evaluate operational processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement • Assist with other dynamic duties as assigned by the US VMS Operations Manager • Support MSP quality initiatives by managing all Program Change Requests (PCR’s) in compliance with MSP defined procedures and SLA's • Initiate, recommend and implement solutions through designated channels • Validate the successful implementation of solutions

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project coordinators. • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. • Develop and implement change management strategies. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • Allocate and manage project resources. • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact projects. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Drive enterprise-level sales for workforce solutions, including outcome-based projects, Direct Sourcing, and Services Procurement and Workforce solutions Consulting and Advisory across Fortune 1000 organizations. • Drive cross-functions alignment between multiple business units to ensure execution of complex, global deals • Develop and execute account penetration plans targeting executive, mid-leader, and front-line manager levels. • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance client engagement, and accelerate growth. • Lead strategic planning for enterprise accounts to sales objectives with client business goals. • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior leaders (CIO, CPO, CFO, CMO, General Counsel, and operational heads).

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training across client, supplier, and internal audiences for each MSP implementation. • Create high‑quality learning materials including: Quick Reference Guides and end‑user job aids, Training decks, FAQs. • Facilitate live training sessions (and record where indicated) via MS Teams/Webex/Zoom for different user groups. • Own communication timelines, messaging, and consistency across all implementations. • Maintain and evolve our library of templates, communication assets, and standardized messaging. • Partner with Change Managers, Implementation Project Managers, and Program Teams to support go‑live readiness. • Facilitate stakeholder feedback loops and adjust materials based on client and supplier needs. • Manage content delivery across platforms including SharePoint, MS Teams, VMS portals, and email. • Track training attendance, communication effectiveness, and user engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement.

• Draft and revise a variety of SOWs based on input from business stakeholders • Partners with the business and other subject matter advisors to determine objectives of negotiations • Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained • Escalate all legal redlines to the attention of Procurement leaders and legal department • Adjust verbiage in the contract to align with customer contractual standards • Detect areas to sustain savings and manage risks through Partner contracts • Maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders to ensure their contract needs / requirements are met • Leverage Zip to provide visibility into contractual process • Publish completed SOWs into Contract Workspaces • Manage full life cycle of VMS set-up as the procurement contact for the business.
