• Closely interact with web development to analyse and understand requirements. • Make compelling and thoughtful designs considering its usage across multiple channels and devices viz. web, mobile, print. • Build pixel perfect and responsive designs/ prototypes for websites and campaign pages which are in accordance with brand attributes. • Powerful storyteller through visual designs • Articulate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually. • Pays pragmatic attention to detail and work closely with Front-end Developers to ensure meticulous design translations into code and see projects through to completion. • Knowledgeable at available technology, user interactions, current industry trends and design best practises.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to ensure a proper hand off to the account executive teams • Contact potential clients via phone and emails • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services • Properly map business needs to appropriate services within HppyHour solution stack • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives • Build reports to present to the manager • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
• Proactively ensure the design and development meet client expectations, filling in gaps as needed to ensure the quality of the build. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional design and development teams to execute on builds, maintain alignment, and ensure cohesive project execution. • Lead project planning and management, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met. • Manage the launch process, coordinating with clients for DNS transfers and ensuring a smooth transition to live environments. • Provide training and support on Webflow CMS to clients, ensuring they are empowered to manage their platforms effectively. • Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies, continually enhancing our offerings and driving innovation within the agency. • Conduct thorough QA testing, identifying and resolving issues to maintain the highest quality standards. • Write test cases for tracking defects and fixes. • Test and certify functionality of various websites. • Test websites across various browsers and mobile devices. • Log defects and track them proactively and follow them through to closure.
