Role Description As a Senior Full-Stack .NET Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications across our backend stack based on .NET, Node.js, Go and related technologies. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role with a track record of leadership, strong technical skills, and successful project delivery. - Deep hands-on expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+). - Commercial experience or a strong willingness to learn and work with Golang and Node.js. - Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements. - Experience working with REST API and web services. - Strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization. - Ability to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers. - Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems. - Experience working with relational and non-relational databases. - Understanding of transactions, isolation levels, locking, concurrency, indexing strategies, and performance tuning. - Experience working with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery. - Understanding of scalability, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery. - Understanding of production observability including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing. - Intermediate+ English level.
