Role Description The Workers Compensation Defense Attorney will represent employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers compensation matters before the California Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). The role requires strong knowledge of California workers compensation law and the ability to independently manage claims from initial assignment through resolution.
