Role Description The Hearing Representative will manage a caseload of workers compensation lien files and represent clients during proceedings before the California Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). The role requires strong familiarity with California workers compensation procedures, the ability to analyze medical documentation, and the confidence to advocate before administrative judges during lien-related disputes. This role is focused on professionals who already operate within the California workers compensation system and who can independently manage lien litigation, settlement negotiations, and formal hearings.
