• Forum ownership + support routing: ensure every thread gets answered or redirected correctly (docs, support ticket, technical escalation) • Hands-on technical help: help users build apps, debug common issues, provide fixes/workarounds, and hop on calls to unblock • Automation + workflows: build systems that make support fast and scalable (macros, templates, AI workflows, routing) • Community programs: ambassadors, rewards/recognition, office hours, AMAs, hackathons • Feedback loop: triage/categorize/summarize themes and feed them into roadmap decisions; build lightweight fixes for recurring issues when needed

• Pick one specific growth wedge and own it end-to-end (programmatic SEO, paid ads, lifecycle, etc.) • Build an AI-driven system to execute it at scale. • Run tight loops: ship, measure, learn, repeat. • Turn what works into durable infrastructure we keep scaling.

• Channel distribution deals: identify targets, build the pitch, negotiate terms, close partnerships • Affiliate program: define structure (tiers, incentives, attribution window), recruit affiliates, and scale • Tracking + payouts: attribution, fraud prevention, payout rules, and reporting • Partner enablement: onboarding, messaging, assets, demo flows, and ongoing support • Co-marketing: launches, webinars, newsletters, marketplace listings, and joint announcements • Partner pipeline + relationship management: CRM pipeline, cadence, QBRs (quarterly business reviews), renewals/expansions

• Own organic growth end-to-end: thought leadership, social channels, newsletter, and video. • Lead all Hercules' organic content across various channels: X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Newsletter, Blog. • Manage contractors including hiring/editing writers, creating briefs, and ensuring high quality output by meeting deadlines. • Direct video production for launch videos and customer testimonials. • Repurpose assets into various formats while ensuring quality control.

• Sponsored creator and influencer program across major and micro channels • Sourcing + outreach: identify creators, run inbound/outbound, maintain pipeline • Negotiation + contracts: rates, terms, deliverables, timelines, and compliance • Briefs + approvals: creative direction, messaging, brand safety, review workflow • Deliverable ops: timelines, revisions, posting verification, link/UTM setup • Tracking + reporting: performance by creator, format, platform, and cohort quality

• Own channel strategy + budgets across the platforms above. • Build campaign architecture (targeting, bidding, pacing, landing pages). • Run a creative machine (UGC-style concepts, hooks, copy, statics, short-form video). • Own measurement + tracking from click → paid user; improve attribution quality. • Automate ops/reporting/analysis to move faster with less manual work.

• Use AI to generate 1,000s of pages for how-to guides, comparison pages, templates, and more • Track and optimize our earned placements across search engines (Google, Bing etc) and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) • Maintain a high content quality bar through evals and human review • Analyze key word trends to determine optimal pages to create • Implement other creative strategies to generate backlinks and other earned placements to support SEO/AEO • Stay on the cutting edge of AI to find new, AI-native ways of optimizing our SEO/AEO

• Run 1000s of experiments to make our agent cheaper, faster, and more accurate • Test how our agent performs with early access to new models • Architect scalable and reliable solutions for commonly built features like internationalization, auth, permissions, admin controls, branding • Enable customers to have infinitely long chats while still maintaining high accuracy • Build and maintain our offline and online evals
