• Manage the schedule of HARP Executive Director and other executive team members • Coordinate meetings for HARP team members, key consultants, and advisory bodies • Take meeting notes and tracking key follow up items • Manage logistics for in person and virtual meetings and events • Support travel planning for HARP team members, including booking of air travel and hotel accommodations and supporting submission of expense report • Support onboarding of new vendors, consultants, and staff • Communicate with HARP’s Board of Directors and Advisory Committee as well as external partners and stakeholders • Maintain organizational documents (e.g. charters, organization charts, etc.) • Manage internal project management and tracking tools (e.g. contact lists and tools for tracking key conferences, events, and accomplishments) • Support development and implementation of operational policies and procedures • Other administrative support as needed
Technical Assistance Associate

• Support planning and implementation of state-level technical assistance projects. • Provide 1:1 and cohort technical assistance in the field to state health and correctional agencies on Medicaid policy and/or correctional health systems. • Help state health and correctional agencies implement Medicaid 1115 reentry demonstration waivers by analyzing key policies. • Develop guidance, toolkits, and other implementation resources for state health and correctional agencies. • Support communication and relationship-building with state health and correctional agencies. • Track and report on state progress, providing actionable insights for program improvement.
Senior Technical Assistance Associate

• Manage multi-state technical assistance projects that improve access to health care for people leaving incarceration. • Provide expert guidance to state health and correctional agencies implementing Medicaid 1115 reentry demonstration waivers. • Manage staff activities to provide and ensure high-quality TA delivery. • Translate policy into actionable strategies and ensure technical assistance initiatives are timely, responsive, impactful and scalable. • Report directly to the Director of Technical Assistance.
