• Act as the primary technical authority on-site, becoming an expert in the customer’s domain to identify and resolve real-world friction points before they escalate. • Design and implement data architectures that accelerate AI/ML training pipelines, ensuring low-latency data access across hybrid-cloud environments. • Build custom integrations, automation scripts, and "last-mile" solutions that bridge the gap between Hammerspace’s core product and the client’s bespoke infrastructure. • Use your proximity to the action to identify new business problems, expansion opportunities, and emerging workloads that Hammerspace can solve. • Partner with our Rotational Sustaining Engineering team to translate field-discovered bugs into core product features, ensuring that local fixes become global platform strengths. • Translate complex technical hurdles into clear, actionable insights for both end-users (data scientists/IT admins) and executive leadership.
• Develop an exhaustive understanding of what drives a customer’s business and what motivates their decision making • Connect the dots from technology solutions, inclusive of the Hammerspace portfolio and others from the ecosystem, to measurable customer business outcomes • Partner closely with account managers, specialists and channel partners to create a seamless and holistic customer experience and strategy to drive revenue growth and net new business • Passionately bring to light the advantages of a Hammerspace solution • Delight customers and teammates with your technical leadership and domain expertise on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings in the DAS, NAS and SAN product spaces • Take control of evaluations, benchmarks and system configurations • Build and deliver technical product and architecture presentations with vigor to customers and lock in the technical win with clients and prospective accounts • Capture requirements and translate Customer’s business needs into innovative solutions to accelerate their growth and capacity • Contribute significant portions and/or lead responses to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs • Seek out and spur new opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing/validation • Promote mutual roadmap and planning exchanges • Liaise with product and technical marketing to produce materials (i.e. whitepaper, web presentations) that support overall alliance plans and objectives • Stay current with the competition and ensure that materials accurately reflect the latest, differentiated solution positioning • Move with market trends and competitive landscape to promote thought leadership within our organization
• Build and Lead the Support Team • Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing global support organization • Actively participate in complex customer escalations while developing your team’s skills and autonomy • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success • Ensure customer issues are prioritized and resolved with urgency and care • Define and implement best practices, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting processes • Design scalable processes, anticipate future needs, and contribute to leadership culture • Analyze support data and customer feedback to drive iterative improvement in service delivery
• Lead the testing of Storage features by participating in product design and building test strategies through hands-on testing and automation • Review feature designs and provide feedback to the development team to improve product quality and testability • Devise test strategies to find product vulnerabilities through cross-functional, system and stress testing • Work closely with developers to understand new and existing features, bug fixes and develop test cases for new features and regression testing • Collaborate with the tools team to develop test automation for different product features • Interface and work with the Customer Support team to understand customer issues, reproduce them in-house and debug them • Work remotely with a global team, communicating effectively via Slack, Zoom, Email, Confluence and Jira
• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for UK & EUROPE, identifying and recruiting high-potential partners aligned with Hammerspace's go-to-market priorities. • Source, negotiate, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring seamless integration with Hammerspace's sales processes and tools. • Design and deliver training programs, certifications, and resources to empower partners with product knowledge, sales methodologies, and competitive positioning. • Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint business plans, including marketing campaigns, demand generation activities, and pipeline development targets. • Monitor partner performance metrics (e.g., revenue, bookings, pipeline velocity), provide coaching, and implement incentive programs to drive consistent overachievement. • Identify opportunities for geographic and vertical expansion within UK & EUROPE, leveraging insights from regional trends in AI, cloud migration, and data-intensive workloads. • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive partner support and alignment on customer outcomes. • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual channel revenue targets, contributing to overall UK & EUROPE sales goals. • Represent Hammerspace at industry events, partner summits, and customer meetings, with up to 50% travel across UK & EUROPE.

• Own the end-to-end success and retention for a dedicated cohort of Lighthouse accounts • Orchestrate the efforts of the embedded FDE and the Sustaining Engineering team • Develop and monitor leading indicators of account health • Act as the voice of our most strategic customers to Product Management • Identify new use cases and workloads within accounts • Lead high-stakes quarterly reviews demonstrating ROI
• Be the AI Use Case Leadership voice across the company • Define and prioritize product features that enable advanced AI workflows. • Drive the roadmap for AI-related integrations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends. • MCP Server Integration, develop detailed requirements for MCP server functionality and interactions within the NVIDIA AI DP eco-system • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design and implementation meet customer expectations • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to enable go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning. • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure appliance designs meet real-world deployment needs and performance expectations. • Support customer and field feedback loops to drive continuous product improvement.
