• Own the Salesforce platform roadmap supporting servicing, collections and underwriting workflows • Partner with engineering leadership to improve Salesforce data models, objects, and system integrations • Translate operational and underwriting needs into clear product requirements and development priorities • Design workflow improvements and automation that reduce operational friction and improve processing speed • Lead product discovery, backlog prioritization, and delivery coordination across engineering and business teams • Support product launches through documentation, training, and internal enablement • Expand utilization of Salesforce through improved reporting, integrations, and platform capabilities • Establish QA and UAT processes to improve release quality and reduce defects

• Oversee and participate in day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. • Own the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support internal decision-making and leadership oversight. • Maintain and continuously strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures in alignment with GAAP. • Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and lead audit preparation and follow-ups. • Ensure accounting practices remain compliant with applicable regulatory and financial reporting requirements. • Evaluate current accounting processes and systems to identify and implement improvements. • Drive automation and scalability to support a growing company environment. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Lending, Executive teams, Asset Servicing, HR, Legal, Finance Consultants, External Auditors, and the Leadership Team to ensure financial integrity and alignment. • Provide support and oversight to junior accounting team members and contribute to their development.

• Interview stakeholders across teams to uncover the real rules behind underwriting, renewals, approvals, and routing. • Capture logic in structured formats like YAML/JSON rules, flow diagrams, decision trees, and SOPs. • Investigate issues such as drop-off rates, misrouted leads, approval friction, and documentation gaps, then design durable solutions. • Partner with product and engineering to translate business intent into workflows, triggers, and logic. • Support testing and validation of GPT/agent flows and automated processes. • Maintain clarity and traceability across systems including fields, statuses, and exception paths.
