• Oversee the Company’s AML/CTF and sanctions compliance framework, ensuring it is robust, effective, and aligned with regulatory expectations • Ensure implementation of MiCA (Regulation EU 2023/1114) and other applicable regulatory requirements • Supervise and challenge the work of the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) • Ensure adequate resourcing, systems, and controls for AML/CTF compliance • Represent the Company in interactions with regulatory authorities (e.g., Bank of Latvia, FIS) • Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and disclosures • Regularly report to the Supervisory Board on AML/CTF risks, incidents, and regulatory developments • Ensure proper implementation of risk appetite, policies, and internal procedures • Oversee the integration of AML/CTF controls into the Company’s governance and risk management framework • Ensure effective staff training and awareness programs in AML/CTF • Maintain business continuity of AML/CTF monitoring and reporting processes • Promote a strong compliance culture and ethical standards across the organization • Ensure compliance with: Latvian AML Law, EU regulations (including MiCA), Internal policies and governance documents

• Communicating with clients via chat, email, and other channels, delivering fast and high-quality support • Guiding clients through Brighty’s products and features to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless experience • Troubleshooting technical and transactional issues in collaboration with internal teams • Gathering client feedback and sharing insights with product and tech teams • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures (KYC/AML, where applicable) • Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to continuous process improvements

• Manage everyday accounting operations under Latvian regulatory requirements (VASP/EMI framework). • Handle general ledger postings, expense recognition, and at the later date intercompany transactions. • Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns, payroll entries, and management reports. • Support preparation of audited financial statements and coordination with external auditors and tax advisors. • Take part in deploying our next generation cloud ERP system. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data inside banking, crypto custody, and payment systems. • Collaborate closely with our finance, compliance, and product teams to align financial data flows with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating closely with the compliance team to ensure fraud prevention aligns with regulatory requirements • Preparing in-depth fraud analysis reports with actionable insights • Training staff on fraud detection and prevention in complex, multi-financial-institution environments

• Design and lead Brighty’s information security program • Monitor and respond to security incidents • Implement security controls and conduct vulnerability scans • Collaborate with IT and development teams • Prepare security reports and metrics for management

• Defining, developing, managing, refining, and documenting the Financial Crime and AML programme • Working closely with the senior management team to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory compliance risks • Determining identification and verification standards for customer onboarding and AML compliance • Managing the suspicious activity reporting process, internally and externally • Communicating with staff to ensure they understand their responsibilities and are trained in Brighty policies and procedures to identify financial crime • Escalating suspicious activity by making internal reports, and making external reports to regulators and other law enforcement bodies in a timely manner • Receiving and promptly responding to inquiries from law enforcement agencies • Serving as a liaison to local authorities, managing filings to the local Financial Investigation Unit • Supporting the business regarding the launch of new features to ensure regulatory requirements are met • Collaborating with internal compliance teams to identify steps to mitigate regulatory risks and provide recommendations
