• Manage everyday accounting operations under Latvian regulatory requirements (VASP/EMI framework). • Handle general ledger postings, expense recognition, and at the later date intercompany transactions. • Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns, payroll entries, and management reports. • Support preparation of audited financial statements and coordination with external auditors and tax advisors. • Take part in deploying our next generation cloud ERP system. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data inside banking, crypto custody, and payment systems. • Collaborate closely with our finance, compliance, and product teams to align financial data flows with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting— fintech, banking, or technology sectors is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of Latvian accounting standards and tax principles.
  • Confidence working with ERP and cloud accounting tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
