Brighty

• Communicating with clients via chat, email, and other channels, delivering fast and high-quality support • Guiding clients through Brighty’s products and features to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless experience • Troubleshooting technical and transactional issues in collaboration with internal teams • Gathering client feedback and sharing insights with product and tech teams • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures (KYC/AML, where applicable) • Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to continuous process improvements

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, customer success, or community management
  • Experience in B2B support is a strong advantage, preferably within fintech, banking, or SaaS
  • Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in fintech, crypto, or digital banking products

Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software. - Knowledgeable with the Sydney Metropolitan area. - Familiar with Aroflo. - Strong administrative and organisational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
