• Seeking an experienced Senior Credit Underwriter with a strong background in underwriting franchise transactions ranging from $100K App-only financing to multi-million-dollar financing with full financial analysis. • Expertise in assessing the quality and creditworthiness of franchise operators as well as the market positioning and prospects of franchise brands. • Ability to extrapolate a deeper understanding of the business from the financial statements, beyond ratios and margins. • Experience in underwriting complex situations, involving pro forma analysis, multi-layered ownership structures, roll-ups of multiple entities, refinancings, acquisitions, etc. • Dedication to mentor and train colleagues in both financial analysis and the finer area of underwriting.

• Prepare monthly portfolio and servicer reports • Record journal entries and perform reconciliations • Analyze portfolio performance and support borrowing activity • Track daily cash position and execute transfers • Maintain accurate data and contract records • Support audits, reporting, and ad hoc projects

• Analyzing and decisioning transactions in accordance with AmurEF’s credit policies and procedures • Reviewing a variety of structured and unstructured data; identifying and filling information gaps • Developing a holistic view of the applicant’s credit profile • Issuing proper decisions with high accuracy and consistency • Discussing credit decisions with the Originations Department and addressing credit-specific questions

• Achieves goals and objectives set for customer retention, close rates, and new business volume • Achieves goals and objectives set for gross margins and the profitability of new business • Maintains an accurate record of customer contacts in CRM system, including valuable notes to assist our sales process • Generates accurate expense reports and lists of new and/or potential contacts in their territory • Delivers accurate monthly and quarterly projections for anticipated new business volume • Responds promptly to all quote opportunities and requests from customers and prospects • Consistently follows up on quotes and gathers valuable information on upcoming work and Company's competitive position • Effectively addresses customer questions and concerns, documents the conversations, and takes appropriate action to overcome objections • Provides support for projects and uses analysis to discover the cause and effect of specific problems • Contributes to Company promotional and marketing activities to generate leads for our sales process • Assists with customer presentations and participates with customer calls or on-site customer visits.

• Oversee portfolio of legal cases from initial placement through final resolution, driving assigned matters toward resolution and actively pursuing case progression and resolution strategies consistent with legal, business, and risk objectives • Identify opportunities to accelerate resolution, reduce exposure, and improve case outcomes • Track case deadlines, court dates, filings, and critical milestones • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence • Coordinate with attorneys, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders • Ensure compliance with court rules, procedural requirements, and internal policies • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in case management systems • Assist with discovery, document production, and evidence management as needed • Communicate case updates clearly and professionally to internal teams and leadership

• Prepare monthly servicer reports for each facility/securitization accurately and timely • Timely recording of journal entries into Microsoft Dynamics, with follow-up reconciliation at time of entry • Preparation of portfolio analysis and other analysis related to facilities management • Preparation of borrowing requests, including assignment agreements, borrowing base certificates, and concentrations • Data and contract inventory management, including review of contract termination eligibility and review and resolution of exceptions for custodian • Preparation of daily cash position summary • Preparation of cash transfers related to servicer reports • Preparation of reports to ensure adequate liquidity to fund expected originations • Optimization of appropriate leverage at each facility with respect to concentration limits • Supports the Capital Markets team in the documentation process for new facilities and securitizations • Assisting in the conduct of facility and securitization Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) audits • Preparation of ad hoc reports to support management • Portfolio analysis

• Generate and close equipment financing transactions • Assist in the development of new relationships • Develop strong trusted advisor relationships with customers • Partner with equipment vendors and direct end-users to develop attractive equipment finance solutions • Explore strategies for long-term success and sustained growth
