Role Description GCG Automation & Factory Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth with our customer base in Wisconsin. As a Sr. Outside Sales Account Manager, you will leverage your technical aptitude, relationship-building skills, and in-depth business-to-business sales knowledge to expand market share in an assigned territory, driving revenue growth with new and existing customer accounts. In this role, you'll focus on high-value and/or key accounts that have strategic importance to the company. In building long-term relationships with these key clients, you will understand their business goals and challenges deeply, and align Automation and Factory Solutions resources to meet those needs. This position offers a remote work arrangement but does require approximately 40% travel to customer sites within the assigned territory. Role Description In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the financial health of the business by managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and driving timely collections. This field-based role covers the Eastern United States, with a territory spanning from Michigan down to Mississippi, across to Florida, and north to Montreal and Toronto, Canada. As our Rail & Transit Territory Sales Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to OEMs, engineering teams, and procurement professionals—offering technical product guidance, delivering tailored connectivity and cable solutions, and building strong relationships across the passenger and freight rail segments.
