Strategic Partnerships Manager – Salesforce Ecosystem

• Manage and develop relationships with key regional systems integrators, aiming to help build a growth engine for Gearset with partner-led opportunities. • Provide our regional systems integrators with the necessary education, resources, and support to promote and sell Gearset’s products within their client base. • Partner with internal Gearset teams (sales, marketing, product, etc) to ensure alignment and support for regional systems integrators. • Collaborate with partners on joint GTM activities, events, campaigns and help drive leads referred by RSIs to opportunities.

• Manage and develop relationships with key regional systems integrators, aiming to help build a growth engine for Gearset with partner-led opportunities. • Provide our regional systems integrators with the necessary education, resources, and support to promote and sell Gearset’s products within their client base. • Partner with internal Gearset teams (sales, marketing, product, etc) to ensure alignment and support for regional systems integrators. • Collaborate with partners on joint GTM activities, events, campaigns and help drive leads referred by RSIs to opportunities.
• Own our security and compliance documentation accurate and up to date, such as policies, procedures, and support documentation across our information security and compliance programs. • Support our commercial teams in complex information security and compliance negotiations, while making sure we respond accurately and within given timescales. • Take ownership of maintaining our current ISO 27001 compliance and certification through continuous improvement activities, as well as supporting preparation for internal and external audits. • Own our internal Data Protection compliance program and make sure we comply with various regulations globally including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and CCPA. • Gain experience in the implementation and ownership of additional compliance based projects as we increase the international regulation and standards we comply with. • Help us work efficiently by identifying common deal blockers and standardising documentation and processes.
• Take ownership of the Core group's product strategy, diagnosing the problem space and building a clear plan, making real trade offs and not trying to do everything. • Own the commercial success of your group's products. From shaping our positioning and route to market with Product Marketing, to driving adoption and activation with Sales and Customer Success. You'd iterate on how we get products into customers' hands and ensure they deliver real value once they're there. • Report directly to our VP Product and partner closely with the other Group Product Managers and the CPO. Your engineering counterpart is an experienced Dev Manager, and the product managers in the group are strong individual contributors who are ready for someone to help them connect their work to a wider strategy. • Manage, coach and develop a team of product managers. Your success isn't just about what the group ships, it's about the people in your team growing and you actively finding them opportunities to do that.
• Proactively identify and generate opportunities within a designated list of high-potential target accounts. • Collaborate with marketing to leverage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, using these as a complement to direct outreach efforts. • Partner with BDRs to research, qualify, and engage prospects effectively • Manage and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, navigating complex deals within enterprise-level organizations. • Work closely with the internal alliances team and GSIs and Salesforce account teams to align on mutual objectives, co-sell effectively, and drive shared customer success. • Develop multi-threaded relationships within target accounts, engaging stakeholders across technical, business, and executive teams.
