• Maintains databases of faculty and agency clinical compliance requirements. • Ensures students and faculty follow healthcare partners’ clinical requirements. • Manages student and faculty communication regarding healthcare partners’ clinical requirements. • May be responsible to submit compliance information to the HCO. • Other duties as assigned.

• Assist instructors with grading assignments and coursework • Maintain regular communication with assigned faculty • Monitor student performance and communicate concerns to the instructor • Stay current on course materials, schedules, and classroom activities • Record and track relevant student progress information • Serve as a positive representative of Grand Canyon University by supporting the University’s Mission, Doctrinal Statement, and Ethical Position Statement

• Candidates must be available for a committed 44 weeks on either Mondays or Thursdays (their choice) for a weekly zoom call from 4:00 - 5:30 pm AZ time. These days and times are non-negotiable. • Instructors take students from Practicum through Internship I and Internship II for a total of 44 weeks

• Prepares and delivers competency-based online instruction by providing theory and practice education • Instructs and facilitates a meaningful learning experience of the core competencies within the curriculum • Ensures learning objectives are met using methods within the e-learning modality • Stimulates class discussions and fosters an online culture of learning that values mutual respect, academic responsibility, life-long learning, diversity and ethics, as well as personal and professional development • Conducts ongoing student assessments • Provides substantive, holistic feedback to support the numerical score awarded for assignments and assessments • Provide 24-hour turnaround responses to student questions and concerns • Demonstrates effective written communication skills (clarity, spelling, grammar) and a professional tone in communications with students in the e-learning environment • Supports adherence to CACREP standards and policies and maintains core counselor education program faculty requirements
