• Work as needed in all appeal worklists, potentially with a focus on contracted or sensitive insurance companies. • Communicate denial and appeal trends to client engagement and payer relations teams. • Serve as an SME (subject matter expert) in insurance appeals matters and work with management to relay updates to clients. • Obtain patient consent and medical records for appeal when required by the insurance plan. • Gather updated appeal or review forms to add to form library. • Create appeal letters, attach the materials per client SOP, and submit via portal/fax/mail. • Comply with all appeal process documentation and SOPs. • Participate in team meetings, sharing case details. • Provide the best practices for other team members. • Train new or less experienced appeals team members. • Undertake special projects assigned by Production Management or client. • Review denials and EOBs for appeal filing information, gathering any missing details. • Inform management of incorrect or missing appeal default information. • Fill out special appeal or review forms. • Initiate payer projects, complete as assigned, including creating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets. • Ability to work on additional work lists as needed. • Work directly with global teams to demonstrate processes. • Once in the role, work to obtain Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow Belt or higher. • Meet or exceed productivity and quality KPI goals. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• To work with Field Sales as a comprehensive team to help develop and focus on applications and configurations of advanced Rehab products. • Focus on the continued training, development, and support for Rehab products (large portion to include Q Logic electronics) for customers, therapists, and VA facilities. • Communicate consistently with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team in order to fulfill needs of Rehab providers in the assigned Field Sales territory. • Travel throughout the assigned territory, to provide training and presentations on Quantum Products with a large focus on Q Logic electronics. • Assist with education presentations and technical training, when applicable in the territory. • Communicate Quality Assurance issues and concerns. • Report field data regarding growth opportunities within your assigned territory to Rehab Product Specialists and Regional Manager. • Maintain inventory on demo chairs, electronics, and accessories needed in the field. • Maintain cost effective time and territory management. • Submit monthly expenses and weekly itineraries for travel. • Assist providers and their technical staff in troubleshooting and repairs of units in the field. • Participate in VA clinics and VA related activities. • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management. • Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training. • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment. • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations.

• Teach 2-3 classes with small group sizes of up to 10 students, based on our teaching materials • Conduct interviews to hire new teachers • Train new teachers and develop experienced teachers throughout their career • Manage teaching quality via termly assessments and day-to-day support • Manage relief sourcing, termly parent updates vetting, parent feedback and withdrawal matters, etc. • Take charge of departmental initiatives such as teacher huddles, group training sessions, etc. • Support teachers in managing students' progress and parents' feedback

• Responsible for ongoing maintenance and repair of contracted and non-contracted generator and power distribution equipment • Provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects • Daily travel with independent work structure • Provide 24x7 “on-call” services as required unless on PTO or Off Call • Maintain and safeguard company issued equipment, tools, and instruments • Battery installations and replacements • Perform required preventative maintenance service to equipment under contract as scheduled • Customer contact and interface • Communicate availability status to corporate office • Protect company proprietary information, manuals, and records • Use of electronic and electrical test equipment as necessary • Coordinate and manage all on-site subcontractors hired by PSS as necessary • Maintain company vehicle in safe and operational condition • Ensure that work is performed to PSS standards • Complete all paperwork, including Field Service Reports, Time Sheets, Expense Reports, and other job required reports timely and accurately • Maintain Technical documentation for study and/or review • Willing and able to attend training as company deems necessary • Own and maintain personal set of mechanical tools • Cross train in other areas as needed
