• Assist in the day-to-day management of program websites, development of visual and written content, and ensuring high-quality content is consistently shared across digital platforms • Oversee and monitor posting and overall health of the email and social media platforms • Collaborate with State Digital Program Managers on state-specific content asks and rapid response needs • Track and maintain press clips across states • Create graphic and video content to enhance volunteer and voter engagement online • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely updates and alignment with organization priorities. • Monitor the social media landscape to identify key messengers and influential voices across platforms • Track emerging digital trends to inform content strategy and ensure authentic, engaging communication with our participants • Collaborate cross-departmentally to integrate digital and organizing efforts, including projects that connect online engagement with offline work
• Work closely with state and national leadership to develop and implement an innovative Network organizing program focused on online and offline volunteer recruitment, retention, and voter engagement within each region. • Serve as the digital lead for the state, directly advising State Leadership and National Digital Organizing staff on strategic needs, evaluating the performance of the digital organizing program and online organizing program efforts in each region, and leading the development of bespoke digital content. • Set statewide and regional digital organizing priorities and make resource allocation recommendations for the Network Organizing program. • Assist in establishing and monitoring Network Organizing key performance metrics, and provide strategic coaching to Regional Organizing Directors to maximize the content and efficacy of their programs. • Create and execute long and short-term digital content strategies, including statewide and network-level social plans, while monitoring and analyzing feedback from the social media landscape. • Meet regularly with Regional Organizing Directors to provide strategic direction and coaching for digital communications programming within their regions. • Oversee the growth and management of the Network Organizing volunteer community, leading high-quality training for staff and providing strategic guidance and support for impactful mobilization efforts. • Collaborate with the National Digital Organizing Manager on content development and the analysis of digital trends • Integrate the digital organizing strategy across the communications and organizing teams to ensure seamless connectivity and maximum programmatic impact. • Build and host virtual training and informational sessions to support and empower Network Organizing volunteer leaders. • Provide strategic intelligence by tracking key national and state trends, summarizing feedback collected from volunteers, and translating insights into actionable suggestions.
