Role Description Co-own Formula's entire analytics function alongside our Head of BI — half builder, half investigator, in one seat. This is not a data engineer and not a product analyst; it's the rare full-stack data person who makes both possible without a team in between, on a modern stack (Snowflake, dbt, Python, Dagster, Metabase) with AI woven into daily work. Qualifications - Hands-on hybrid experience: personally written dbt models and personally run analyses that moved business decisions. - Strong SQL and dbt in a modern warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks); able to design a data layer from scratch. - Python at the level of pipelines and analytical notebooks — pandas, applied statistics, light ML where it earns its place. - Statistical literacy you can defend — A/B testing, incrementality, correlation vs. causation handled correctly. - Russian language for day-to-day work with the team. Requirements - Someone who has been the strongest data person on a small team and is ready to do it again — with a co-owner mandate, not an executor seat. - A pragmatic builder rather than a craft-obsessed engineer: ships the model that earns its keep, not the architecture diagram. - A curious investigator who walks into the room with the answer, not the dashboard — and can push back on the question if it's wrong. - Comfortable in a no-process environment: forms the request themselves, navigates ambiguity without hand-holding. - Treats AI tools as a daily multiplier, not a novelty — already builds Claude / Cursor / GPT into how the work gets done. Benefits - Inspiring Mission: Help users live longer, healthier lives through innovative products. - Impact: Directly influence company growth with minimal bureaucracy. - Attractive Compensation: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. - Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours. - Professional Development: Tuition reimbursement. - Remote Work: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates within ±2 hours of CET. - Health insurance, gym membership reimbursement, home office support.

TL;DR We're building products that help people live longer, healthier lives. We need a PM who thinks in unit economics first—not someone optimizing conversion rate at any cost, but someone who understands how pricing, paywalls, upsells, and refund logic affect long-term value. You'll own the entire monetization strategy end-to-end: pricing models, paywall design, upgrade funnels, cancellation logic, and everything in between. You'll work autonomously with a tight team, move fast, and think deeply about how to make our users want to stay and pay more. Disclaimer: Please note, that if you don't have direct experience in subscription-based mobile apps or you are not experienced in in-app monetization flows – we will not be able to proceed with your application. What we are looking for - Unit economics as your first language. You think about pricing and monetization through the lens of LTV, CAC, and how changes ripple through the business. You understand that you can raise conversion "at any cost"—literally—but it might destroy your unit economics. You know the difference and you care about the right metric. - Real experience designing and testing pricing. Price elasticity tests, paywall variations, tiering strategies, upgrade funnels—you've shipped real experiments in monetization. You know how to test pricing in a constrained data environment and draw valid conclusions. - Comfort with the math and the ambiguity. You can calculate sample sizes, understand LTV modeling (even synthetic LTV), and work when perfect statistical significance isn't possible. You're analytical but pragmatic—not a purist. - Experience collaborating on monetization specifics. You understand payment flows, refund policies, dispute/chargeback dynamics, offer sequencing, and how to think about margins. You've navigated the messy reality of subscription economics. - Full-funnel monetization perspective. You think about the whole journey: landing page paywall, initial purchase, upsells in-app, retention, cancellations, refunds. You're not just optimizing the first payment—you're optimizing lifetime value. What you'll do Own monetization strategy and execution. You'll take full responsibility for our pricing, paywall, upsells, and retention economics. You'll set priorities, run experiments, and drive results. - Design and run price elasticity tests, paywall variations, and offer experiments. Test pricing tiers, bundle configurations, timing of upsells—everything that affects revenue and unit economics. - Analyze the monetization funnel: identify friction points (refunds, cancellations, low conversion), form hypotheses, and test solutions. Use Amplitude, BI dashboards, or spreadsheets to find your own insights (conversion-to-purchase, ARPU, LTV, refund rate, cancellation rate). - Work closely with developers and designers to ship paywall changes, pricing logic updates, and upsell flows. You'll translate business ideas into product specs and move things to production. - Think strategically about refund policy, dispute management, and how operational decisions impact both unit economics and customer trust. - Dig into user behavior: understand which cohorts convert, which ones churn early, what correlates with long-term value. Use data and user feedback to inform strategy. You'll be a PM who thinks like an economist and moves like an operator. You may be a good fit if - You bring a proven track record in web2app funnels for subscription-based mobile apps or experienced in in-app monetization flows - You've run real pricing or monetization experiments—and you think about them in terms of unit economics, not just conversion bumps. - You understand how landing page conversion, paywall design, pricing, and post-purchase retention all fit together into a cohesive system. - You've worked in a fast, scrappy environment where you do your own analysis, ask for help when needed, and don't wait for permission. - You're genuinely curious about business mechanics—how subscription services work, why people churn, what makes pricing work. - You're leaving a big company because long cycles frustrated you, or you've been in a startup and loved the speed. Either way, you're hungry for ownership and impact. - You're ambitious and want to grow into strategy and leadership roles eventually. How we hire - Fill in a short form then jump on an initial exploratory call (up to 60 min) - Meet our Hiring Manager – Head of Product Growth (60 min) - We'll send you a take-home asking to present your best work based on our case study - Join us for a case study session with the Hiring Manager (60 min) - Meet of Co-founder (50 min) - Get an offer What We Offer - Inspiring Mission: Help users live longer, healthier lives through innovative products. - Benefits: Health insurance, gym membership reimbursement, home office support.

TL;DR We spend solid budget on Google Ads every month. Meta is automated to the point where our UA manager forgot the last time he logged into the dashboard. Google isn't there yet, and that's where you come in. You'll own Google Ads end-to-end: scale spend, crack Demand Gen, fix what doesn’t work in GDN audiences, and build the automation layer that makes it all run with minimal friction. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role in a team that ships fast, automates everything, and doesn't believe in busywork. What We Are Looking For - A Google Ads specialist who has personally managed $1M+/month in spend — not supervised it, managed it - Someone who writes Google Ads Scripts to solve their own problems, not someone who waits for a developer - A person who already uses AI tools daily — for ad copy, data analysis, reporting — because that's just how they work - An independent operator who proposes what to test next, not someone who asks "what should I do?" - Someone who gets excited about scaling Demand Gen from zero and figuring out why audiences don't convert in GDN What You'll Be Doing - Own and scale Google Ads (Search, GDN, Demand Gen) while hitting CPS and ROAS targets - Run weekly creative testing cycles: launch new assets, scale winners, kill underperformers — hundreds of creatives flowing through the system - Crack unsolved problems: Demand Gen has never worked for us, GDN audiences have never beaten Broad — figure out why and fix it (or prove it can't be done with data) - Build automation: replicate what we've done with Meta — semi-automated uploads, Slack-driven commands, rules-based campaign management - Collaborate directly with creative, growth, and analytics teams to close the loop between ad performance and business outcomes (LTV, ARPU, payback) What You'll Need - 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management at scale (Search, GDN, Demand Gen) — subscription or DTC business preferred - Proven ability to manage $1.5M+/month in Google spend and optimize for unit economics (CPS, ROAS, LTV), not just clicks - Hands-on experience writing and maintaining Google Ads Scripts for automation, alerts, bid adjustments, and bulk operations - Active daily use of AI/LLM tools in your workflow — this is a working habit, not a buzzword on your resume - Strong analytical thinking: you pull your own reports, build your own dashboards, and turn data into decisions - Knowledge of Russian language Nice to Have - Experience with AppLovin, TikTok Ads, or other ad networks beyond Google and Meta - Background in health, wellness, nutrition, or supplement DTC - Familiarity with web subscription funnels and paywall optimization - Amplitude, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, or similar analytics and competitive intelligence tools What We Offer - Inspiring Mission: Help users live longer, healthier lives through innovative products. - Benefits: Health insurance, gym membership reimbursement, home office support.
