• Own the Folio Buy workflow end-to-end. Map the current process, identify bottlenecks, and maintain a clear view of where time and effort are spent. • Prioritize and scope product improvements. Cut through the noise of pain points and feature requests to define P0/P1/P2 improvements to the setup experience, especially toward a simpler onboarding path. • Partner with operations & engineering. Work closely with the team doing setups day-to-day to close the loop on what's working, what's breaking, and where customers and suppliers get stuck. • Build programmatic monitoring and tooling. Write code (or vibe code) to operationalize manual work: automate repetitive steps, build monitoring dashboards, and create tools that give the team visibility into setup health. • Design and improve internal processes. Build better playbooks, templates, and admin workflows that reduce manual effort, from supplier account setup sheets to bulk import flows. • Support some business development work to enable improvements in the customer experience.

• Folio is the official purchasing technology provider for the AAHOA Marketplace, serving 20,000+ hotel owners across the country. • We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to be the face of Folio within the AAHOA ecosystem: owning the on-the-ground relationship, driving co-marketing execution, and helping grow marketplace adoption across the membership. • This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role. • You'll be traveling a significant amount, at AAHOA conferences, regional events, town halls, and golf tournaments building relationships with hotel owners, AAHOA leadership, and supplier partners. • Between events, you'll coordinate co-branded campaigns, track & work on hitting adoption milestones, and work cross-functionally with our product and operations teams to support AAHOA member needs. • You'll be measured on the health and growth of the AAHOA partnership -- member adoption, marketplace engagement, and the strength of the relationships you build across the ecosystem.
