Position Summary Flowco Inc. is seeking a highly motivated IT Field Technician to support operational sites across the continental United States, primarily in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. This role is remote but requires frequent travel to company facilities to provide hands-on technical support. The ideal candidate combines strong networking aptitude with solid desktop support skills and excels in delivering professional, customer-focused service to end users. This position supports infrastructure, workstations, printers, and software while working closely with the corporate IT team. Flexibility and responsiveness are essential, as travel may occasionally be required with short notice and for trips lasting up to one week. Key Responsibilities Field IT Support Travel to company locations to provide onsite IT support and troubleshooting. Install, configure, and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and wireless access points. Perform network troubleshooting including connectivity issues, cabling problems, and configuration verification. Install and terminate Ethernet cabling, patch panels, and structured cabling systems.
