Job Description

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

First Stop Health

• help drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting and strategic decision support across the business • partner with business leaders • build scalable forecasting and budgeting processes • prepare management reporting • improve financial visibility as the company continues to scale • assist in planning and coordination of annual budget timeline and coordination with business leaders • develop annual Budget models based on historical financials and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), market and economic conditions and company strategies • create financial projections, and act as key business partner in supporting investment and management decisions • build and maintain financial models to support revenue forecasting, headcount planning, expense management, cash planning, and scenario analysis • prepare monthly reporting and key metrics reporting analysis for senior leadership and Board of Directors • provide insights into actual performance versus budget and forecast, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers • assist with headcount planning, including hiring forecasts, compensation modeling, workforce reporting, and department-level expense planning • develop and improve dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial tools that increase transparency and accountability across the organization • collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate reporting, accruals, expense classification, and variance explanations • partner with department leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, IT, HR and Operations to manage budgets, track performance, and provide financial guidance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • 7-10+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience, preferably in both public accounting and corporate environments
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to also see the broader strategic picture
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
