Role Description We are currently in search of a Corporate Partnerships Solutions, Director to join our Corporate Partnerships team! The Corporate Partnerships Solutions, Director is responsible for leading fundraising operations, business processes, and performance analytics that enable revenue growth across the Corporate Partnerships team. This role provides strategic direction and operational governance for CRM and pipeline management, forecasting and data integrity, cross-functional reporting and coordination, and end-to-end financial administration (including invoicing and payments). The Corporate Partnerships Solutions, Director serves as a key liaison with internal stakeholders—including Legal, Finance, Programs, Marketing & Communications, and Executive Leadership—to ensure timely contracts and pledges, effective stewardship, and scalable systems that advance Feed the Children’s mission. NOTE: All qualified candidates nationwide will be considered, however strong preference will be given to candidates located in regions where we have the most need. Salary range: $75K (Consideration will be given with commensurate experience and education). Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, communications, or other related field preferred. - High School diploma or GED required. - 5+ years of related experience managing multiple projects while working within tight deadlines. - Experience in fundraising, sales, or other related experience preferred. - Experience working in a non-profit organization preferred. - Experience working within a donor management system preferred. - Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook required. - Advanced CRM knowledge including governance, data integrity standards, user enablement, and process design. - Experience building and maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting, analyze trends, provide monthly variance reporting, and translate data into clear insights and recommendations; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Qlik) preferred. - Knowledge of invoicing, payment coordination, revenue tracking, budgeting/forecasting concepts, and internal controls; strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Experience leading cross-functional projects with clear plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and seamless reporting. - Experience coordinating executive stewardship engagements including calendars, briefing documents, and travel planning. - Experience partnering with legal teams to ensure timely pledges/contracts and to manage approvals. - Working knowledge of pipeline/prospecting tools such as Instrumentl and Seamless.ai; ability to train users and optimize workflows. - Strong organizational skills effectively managing tasks, deadlines, and resources. - Experience leveraging AI responsibly to create team efficiencies, automate repeatable tasks, and standardize outputs while maintaining confidentiality and data quality preferred. - Any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of this job may be considered. Role Description We are currently in search of a Global Compliance & Ethics, Director to join our Legal & Regulatory team! Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Global Compliance & Ethics, Director is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that Feed the Children’s global operations are conducted with integrity, transparency, and in full compliance with applicable laws, donor requirements, and internal policies. - Provides strategic leadership to design and implement a unified global compliance program aligned with U.S. and international standards. - Supports the mission of Feed the Children by fostering a culture of ethical behavior and accountability across diverse geographics. - Coordinates cross-border regulatory compliance and provides clear, risk-based reporting to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. NOTE: The ideal candidate for this position will work from our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK, however qualified remote candidates residing in the DMV area (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia) will be considered. Internal Audit, Senior Director

Role Description We are currently in search of an Internal Audit, Senior Director to join our Audit and Risk team! Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Internal Audit, Senior Director will design, implement, and lead the global internal audit functions for Feed the Children. This role will work collaboratively across the organization on key initiatives and leverage outsourced audit partners to deliver high quality assurance and advisory services. - Responsible for creating a scalable structure that supports long-term organizational needs. - Serve as a key leader to help strengthen governance, risk management, internal controls, and donor compliance functions across our diverse global operations. - Work closely with senior executives, the legal and compliance teams, and the Audit & Risk Committee to the Board. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. - 10+ years of internal audit experience required, including 4+ years of leadership experience. - Experience working within a global organization required; nonprofit experience preferred. - Strong understanding of IIA Standards, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. - Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting, regulatory environment (including 501(c)(3) issues, donor compliance, gifts in kind donations). - Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced/co-sourced audit partners. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, including board-level and executive reporting and engagement. - English fluency required; Spanish proficiency preferred. We are currently in search of a Data Architect to join our Information Technology team! The Data Architect is responsible for designing and managing Feed the Children’s modern cloud data infrastructure, with ownership of Microsoft Fabric and Azure, and enablement of Purview, Power Platform, Copilot, and Dynamics 365 integration. This role will lead the stand up and evolution of Feed the Children’s Fabric platform and serve as its primary Product Owner, ensuring it is scalable, governed, secure, and AI-ready. The Data Architect will also collaborate closely with ERP and CRM teams, and coordinate with Data Governance leadership to align data architecture with Microsoft Purview and governance policies. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, strong collaboration, and leadership skills. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Business Intelligence. Salary range: $115K-$120K (commensurate with experience) Note: Although our corporate office in located in Oklahoma City, OK qualified candidates are being considered nationwide for this remote opportunity. Job Requirements: Education Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, preferred. Experience 7+ years’ of related professional experience; 3+ years' experience in data architecture or enterprise data engineering; and 2+ years’ experience working with Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
