Role Description This position works closely with and engages business and technical stakeholders of the FedEx Logistics Value Stream. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a related discipline that analyzes complex themes and translates them into smaller, simplified components. - Three (3) years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps and deconstructing complex concepts. - Five (5) years preferred experience in a role with demonstrated strategic and technical impact in large organizational-wide projects. - In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader FedEx enterprise. - Certification in Business Architecture preferred. - Must have Cargo Wise, Brokerage, and Freight Forwarding experience.
