Role Description - Handles complex regulatory functions. - Work closely with other internal staff, departments, executive level management, customers, and government agencies to deliver a high level of service to customers. - Provide impeccable customer service. - Act as subject matter experts to provide guidance, education, and answer questions to internal and external customers. - Solicit and maintain all customs compliance documentation with customers. - Must be able to handle confidential or sensitive information and projects. - Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed. - Participate in customer, departmental, and company meetings. - Train team members as needed. - Confirm receipt of government inquiries and ensure matters are resolved timely. - Handles miscellaneous clerical functions for the Regulatory department. - Handles complex regulatory functions that include but are not limited to CF28s, CF29s, seizure notices, redelivery notices, FDA registrations, etc. - Review quality referral disputes for accuracy as an impartial mediator. - Monitor and update miscellaneous Regulatory owned reporting. - Brokerage system maintenance resulting from government updates. - Review company procedures for accuracy and ensure compliance. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business field. - Three (3) years industry experience required. - Regulatory experience preferred. - CCS and/or Brokers license preferred. - QDM Apprentice required. - A thorough knowledge of customs regulations, harmonized tariff schedule, and any other federal agency laws, regulations, procedures governing the customs brokerage industry with preferred emphasis in post-entry processes. - Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple work assignments in a time-sensitive atmosphere. - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. - Organizational and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented. - Ability to handle high volume and time-sensitive work. - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Role Description As we prepare to enter the Canadian medical cannabis marketplace, we are in search of a Patient Care Specialist (PCS) who will be Vitalicann’s primary interface with patients and veterans, delivering excellence in care, and unsurpassed customer satisfaction. - The Patient Care Specialist is the single point of contact for patients enrolled in Vitalicann’s medical cannabis program. - Responsible for ensuring program service offerings are managed and delivered effectively. - Creates a seamless patient journey that effectively on-boards new patients and delivers exceptional patient satisfaction that maximizes patient retention. - Action oriented, tactful, and empathetic, ensuring a positive experience for patients throughout their treatment journey. Role Description The Document Management Specialist I supports the Quality Assurance/Compliance Department by administering and maintaining controlled documentation within Advarra’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures documentation integrity, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness by supporting document lifecycle management, audit activities, and quality system processes. The role collaborates within QA/Compliance and across the organization to support effective quality and training systems. Job Duties & Responsibilities - Document Control & QMS Support: Responsible for the management of controlled documents (policies, procedures, work instructions, reports, and records) within the QMS. Maintain documents throughout their lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, revision, version control, archival, and retirement. Ensure documentation complies with Good Documentation Practices (GDocP). - Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) Administration: Maintenance of user accounts, roles, permissions, workflows, document categories, review cycles, and retention rules. - Audit & Inspection Support: Assist with retrieval of controlled documents in support of customer audits, inspections, and assessments. Support tracking and coordination of customer assessment requests. - Training & Communication: Communicate training and document review requirements to quality system users.
