• Management of sales partners and customers in the B2B sector with revenue responsibility – sales territory: Baden-Württemberg and adjacent areas • Commercial and technical consulting for our partners in the fields of gate automation, barriers, bollard systems, door automation, and pedestrian turnstile/access control systems, in collaboration with project sales and product specialists • Strategic expansion of the customer network with new customers and specialists across all product areas • Active participation in trade shows and seminars, as well as independently conducting customer training
• Analyze customer potential; build and maintain target customer lists • Project development and consulting for architects, general contractors and selected end customers • Acquisition of new customers • Preparation of quotations in coordination with Indoor Sales & Project Management • Follow-up on outstanding quotations • Clarify project details in collaboration with involved stakeholders • Order processing, including control and monitoring of project progress in coordination with Indoor Sales & Project Management • Organize technical training for customers and provide on-site support during projects as needed • Present and introduce new products and campaigns • Participate in trade shows and industry events
• Manage assigned accounts to achieve revenue and margin goals in alignment with the budget. • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including new customers, product expansion, and market penetration. • Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies that support long-term market share and profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and resolve issues. • Maintain a consistent corporate image across all customer interactions and events. • Attend trade association meetings and industry events to promote company products and generate leads. • Support the sales team in managing key accounts, negotiating deals, and closing opportunities. • Analyze sales data to assess performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective strategies as needed. • Monitor and manage expenses in accordance with the department’s budget. • Assist other departments as necessary to meet overall business objectives.
