Senior BI Analyst

• Transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to define metrics • Build dashboards, and uncover trends that support growth, retention, and operational efficiency • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, retention, funnel performance) • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities • Monitor data quality and ensure data definitions and quality are consistent across all reports • Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, experiments, and executive decision-making • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and methodologies

Job Requirements

  • 5 years + of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or in a similar role
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Preset.io, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment especially with Revenue Departments
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data exploration and analysis
  • Highly valuable: Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Familiarity with data transformation and modeling tools (e.g., dbt)
