• Respond to requests in the data intelligence and analysis area for the Fertilizers and Chemical Gas segment • Extract, prepare, and structure datasets • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor indicators, results, and market monitoring variables • Prepare and support the development of managerial and technical-operational reports • Support the creation, standardization, control, and monitoring of action plans and targets • Deliver presentations on the respective activities • Perform process analysis and mapping • Develop scripts to automate processes in SAP and other commercial tools

• Develop, configure, and support Epic Orders, Bugsy and related EHR applications • Build and maintain operational and project-based reports, dashboards, and databases • Partner with clinical and business teams to understand needs and translate them into Epic functionality • Design workflows, document changes, and ensure data integrity and quality across systems • Provide technical guidance, training, and support for Epic clinical applications • Analyze processes, identify issues, and recommend improvements • Participate in project planning, testing, documentation, and go-live support • Build strong working relationships with clinical, business, and IT stakeholders • Contribute to 24/7 support and ongoing system maintenance

• Design and develop customer-facing reports and dashboards, with a focus on clarity, performance, and clinical relevance • Build and maintain analytical data models on Microsoft Fabric (lakehouse/warehouse), including star schemas, KPI definitions, and DAX measures • Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to translate complex business requirements into reliable BI solutions • Own data quality — define expectations, detect anomalies, and work with upstream teams to resolve issues at the source • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, SaaS platforms) • Write Python scripts where automation or data transformation logic benefits from a programmatic approach • Document models, definitions, and design decisions in a way that makes your work maintainable and auditable • Stay current with the BI tooling and Microsoft Fabric release cycle and evaluate new capabilities for adoption

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau. • Support weekly and monthly reporting cadence with accurate and timely insights. • Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline data refresh and distribution. • Ensure dashboards are aligned with executive-level visibility and strategic objectives. • Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions. • Standardize KPI definitions and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency. • Maintain documentation for KPI logic, calculations, and governance standards. • Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and root cause investigations. • Identify performance drivers, risk indicators, and emerging patterns. • Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings. • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and pipeline efficiency. • Develop and maintain automated workflows for reporting and dashboard updates. • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
