Role Description DomainTools is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Frontend Team. This position is perfect for someone interested in building powerful cybersecurity products and features for our enterprise customers. Our solutions help fuel mission critical efforts for customers including gathering threat intelligence, doing threat hunting, and performing online fraud investigation, and more. At DomainTools, you will work as part of a collaborative team of smart and engaged engineers. Expect to spend most of your time developing modern JavaScript single page applications powered by PHP middleware APIs. You will work in an environment where productivity is fostered, spending very little time in meetings, and avoiding distractions that impede high-quality results. Have you worked with modern PHP OOP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony? Are you well versed in using CSS and UX to make beautiful and streamlined designs? However, it is required that you are very comfortable with JavaScript. Qualifications - 3+ years of modern web application development experience. - Experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony). - Solid knowledge of: - Object oriented PHP 7+ programming - JavaScript (ES7+) - TypeScript - HTML5 and CSS3 - Deep understanding of React 18+ and Redux. - Experience with unit and integration testing (PHPUnit, Jest). - Demonstrable experience building and consuming APIs. - Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git. - Experience with container technologies, particularly Docker. - Pluses: - Familiarity with configuring Babel, Webpack, and ESLint. - Experience with orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes. - Experience with user acceptance/E2E testing (TestCafe, Playwright). - Familiarity interacting with relational databases (MySQL). - Experience with UX design and related concepts. - Experience using agile principles and methodologies. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Requirements - Produce well designed, testable, efficient code using software development best practices. - Integrate with and utilize data from backend services and databases. - Build web applications using PHP on the backend and JavaScript (ES7+), HTML5, and CSS3 on the frontend. - Contribute to new product ideation and implementation as well as to feature development of existing products. - Collaborate with teammates by actively participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and offering constructive design feedback. - Become a subject matter expert on DomainTools’ customer facing products and services. • Lead and perform interconnection planning analysis and economic studies for utility scale solar PV plants and energy storage projects. • Supervise and perform electrical analysis on the utility high voltage transmission system. • Provide due diligence engineering review, statement, and technical feasibility. • Coordinate and manage internal and third-party studies during the pre-acquisition leading technical diligence. • Provide mentorship to junior transmission planning engineers and necessary technical training for performing loadflow injection studies using TARA and PSS/E software.

• Own and implement the Serverfarm commissioning strategy in the execution of L4-L5 commissioning activities. • Drive quality by recommending and enforcing standards for testing the functional performance of critical infrastructure systems. • Help DEV teams to validate new equipment and suppliers, ensuring QA and QC of documentation. • Identify training requirements for new equipment and updated sequence of operations (SOO) for operations. • Enhance ServerFarm’s competitive edge through delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions aligned for Operations and business requirements and future growth.

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources • Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics. • Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. • Create data tools for team members to assist them in building and optimizing analytics production • Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems. • Other duties as required.
