Overview: The Growth Architect is the engine builder for Turfresh. Rather than simply overseeing tasks, you will design, build, and optimize a seamless customer acquisition and retention machine. You are responsible for the entire funnel—from the first search impression to the automated nurture sequence that closes the sale. You don't just manage specialists; you orchestrate them to maximize LTV (Lifetime Value) while minimizing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).. You will lead and manage a distributed team of specialists across PPC, SEO, Social, Design, CRM, and Marketing Automation, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and optimized for performance and scalability. Core Responsibilities: Funnel Architecture: - Design and optimize the end-to-end lead journey. You will map out how Acquisition traffic converts into GHL leads and how those leads are systematically nurtured into lifelong customers. Strategic Leadership s ROI-Driven Growth: - Own the performance of all lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms). - Optimize for customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS) across channels. - Analyze campaign performance to continuously improve lead quality and volume. - Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies. Team Management s Collaboration: - Lead a remote marketing team across multiple functions: PPC, SEO, Design, Automation, and CRM. - Assign tasks, set clear KPIs, and maintain alignment with company-wide growth objectives. - Coach, mentor, and upskill team members as needed. Workflow s Process Optimization: - Implement systems and processes to streamline campaign planning, execution, and reporting. - Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and QA checklists to drive consistency and accuracy. - Identify bottlenecks and eliminate inefficiencies in the marketing funnel. Campaign Execution Oversight: - Oversee the launch, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns. - Ensure all marketing deliverables meet brand standards and performance benchmarks. - Provide strategic input and final sign-off on creatives, landing pages, and tracking infrastructure. Reporting s Accountability: - Own performance dashboards across paid media, SEO, CRM, and marketing automations. - Track key marketing metrics: CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Pipeline Value - Report results and insights to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis. Cross-Functional Alignment: - Collaborate with Sales to ensure lead quality and funnel alignment. - Work closely with the executive team to forecast, budget, and prioritize high-impact initiatives. Required Skills s Experience: - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on PPC and ROI optimization. - Strong background in performance marketing, especially in lead generation-driven business models. - Experience managing and scaling remote, cross-functional marketing teams. - Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.). - Strong knowledge of SEO, marketing automations, CRM systems, and user journey mapping. - Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Monday.com, or similar. - Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. - Highly analytical, data-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities for growth. Preferred Qualifications: - The Architect Mindset: You see a business as a series of interconnected systems and can identify exactly where the "leaks" are. - GHL Power User: Deep familiarity with GoHighLevel logic, triggers, and snapshots. - Lifecycle Nurture Strategist: You excel at designing automated customer journeys that adapt based on lead behavior. You don't just "blast" lists; you build sophisticated branching logic that delivers the right message at the right time to move a prospect from "just looking" to "subscription customer. - Data-Obsessed: You don’t make moves based on "gut feeling"; you live in the dashboard and make decisions based on conversion data. - Leader of Specialists: You know enough about SEO and Automation to hold experts accountable and push them for better results. - Previous experience in a B2C startup environment. - Experience managing offshore teams. - Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously. - Background in media and landing page optimization, or A/B testing and SEO tools. Goals s Success Metrics: - Increase in qualified lead volume and improved ROAS across paid channels. - Improved campaign execution speed, accuracy, and scalability. - Team members consistently meeting performance KPIs with minimal oversight. - Clear, actionable reporting that drives business decisions and marketing strategy. - A high-performing team aligned around lead generation and revenue growth.

This is not an employee relations or people-facing role — we have an HR agency that handles workforce communication and day-to-day employee support. What we need from you is different. You'll own the infrastructure behind our HR function: the filings, the compliance, the strategy, the agendas, and the systems that keep everything running with discipline and integrity. You'll work alongside our HR agency and internal HR Coordinator, providing the strategic and operational backbone that ties it all together. If you're someone who thrives on building order out of complexity, knows HR best practices cold, and can operate as a true right hand to senior leadership — this role is for you.
