• Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on internal control audits and SOX 404 compliance testing • Ensure the organization complies with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act • Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls • Collaborate with business process owners, external auditors, and other stakeholders • Lead and perform walkthroughs and detailed testing of internal controls under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of key controls • Identify control deficiencies and develop remediation plans • Coordinate and maintain relationships with external auditors • Prepare and review workpapers and testing documentation • Assist in the annual risk assessment and scoping process for SOX compliance • Provide guidance on internal control best practices • Support or lead other internal audit projects or special reviews • Assist in the implementation and improvement of governance, risk, and compliance tools • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives related to SOX compliance

• Provide comprehensive finance and risk consulting services that help clients evaluate and enhance their finance, internal audit and risk management functions. • Perform internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 procedures in accordance with the clients audit plan, risk management strategy and internal audit methodologies. • Consistently deliver timely and quality client services. • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. • Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and the client.

• Provide comprehensive finance and risk consulting services that help clients evaluate and enhance their finance, internal audit and risk management functions. • Oversee and review internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 procedures in accordance with the clients audit plan, risk management strategy and internal audit methodologies. • Assist in preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with the US GAAP. • Consistently deliver timely and quality client services. • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. • Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and the client. • Manage a team of finance and/or risk professionals.

• Perform fast and accurate data entry (e.g., sales transactions, etc.) • Responsible for timely and quality execution of tasks • Closely follow process workflows • Maintain accurate financial records • Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and client

• Manage accounting operations for multiple client entities across various industries • Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts and financial records • Oversee and review work performed by Accountants and Bookkeepers • Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards • Lead monthly and quarterly close processes • Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and adjustments • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Reports • Provide clear and actionable financial insights to clients and internal teams • Analyze financial results and identify variances or trends • Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients • Communicate financial results, resolve accounting inquiries, and follow up on missing documentation • Support onboarding of new clients and review historical financial data • Lead clean-up and reconciliation of historical financial records • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements • Support implementation of accounting systems and automation tools • Support tax preparation and audit requirements • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
