What does a Marketing Coordinator at Etna do? - Strengthening local search signals - Email production - High-value link building - Technical SEO As a Marketing Coordinator, you will: - Deliver Great Work - Execute digital marketing initiatives across channels including local search, content, email, SEO, reputation management, and more. - Maintain business listings, citations, and online profiles to improve accuracy and visibility. - Support outreach, backlink acquisition, and reporting efforts that help clients grow their online presence. - Learn, Collaborate & Contribute - Gain hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing disciplines while building foundational expertise. - Collaborate with teammates across specialties to support coordinated client strategies and campaign execution. - Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and support client success. - Grow & Improve - Ask questions, seek feedback, and leverage AI tools to expand your knowledge and improve efficiency. - Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and marketing execution. - Develop subject matter expertise, take ownership of your growth, and create opportunities for career advancement. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, performance, and team leadership. You’ll oversee Paid Media, Marketing Operations, and Strategy, ensuring alignment, accountability, and results across the full marketing funnel. Qualifications - BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience with 10+ years actively working in and contributing to digital marketing. - 5+ years of leadership experience within a digital marketing agency, with a hands-on approach to guiding teams and outcomes. - Deep, first-hand expertise across digital marketing channels with a proven track record of personally driving performance and ROI. - Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and scale data-driven marketing campaigns, staying closely involved in both strategy and execution. - Strong, working knowledge of websites, social media, and full-funnel digital marketing, with experience applying these in real-world scenarios. - Ability to analyze data directly, generate insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable strategies that drive results. - Effective leader and communicator who actively collaborates across teams and contributes to decision-making, not just direction-setting. - Proven problem-solver who identifies issues early and takes an active role in implementing practical, effective solutions. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while staying engaged in the work. - Curious, adaptable, and collaborative, with a positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset grounded in doing, not just directing.
