Role Description The Sales Executive is responsible for proactively prospecting, qualifying new customer leads, building trusted relationships and acquiring new business in the Automotive Manufacturing industry. Delivering on the Envita Solutions sales strategy is to understand client needs and identify creative solutions for TWM services. - Ensure health & safety is the number one priority by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times. - Collaborate with Commercial Growth Team to execute on sales strategy identified for Automotive Manufacturing segment of business. - Create strategic sales plan to identify and proactively prospect new business based on customer research, client interactions and industry trends/knowledge that identifies growth opportunities. - Combine understanding of Automotive Manufacturing and TWM services to differentiate Envita Solutions solutions from alternative options to serve client needs and generate new business. - Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team to support the sales strategy and drive sustainable growth. - Call on new business prospects at all levels of client organizations. Lead and/or facilitate business meetings, TWM presentations and contract negotiations. - Collaborate with internal functional leaders in areas of expertise to best deliver on creative solutions that differentiates from competitors. - Create transparency in sales pipeline through consistent utilization of Salesforce and other company specific systems. - Maintain a deep understanding of core supplier-partners within the Automotive Manufacturing industry. - Utilize business negotiation skills and business acumen to meet and exceed sales goals that deliver on the overall commercial growth strategy. - Represent Envita Solutions through alignment in company values and culture that operates through integrity, trust, and respect. - Prioritize collaboration of innovation, sustainability and delivering on our promises. - Attend trade shows and conventions while initiating involvement in professional associations and other business opportunities. - Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings that could impact sales strategy. - Manage business travel and expenses while being fiscally responsible and mindful of budget. - Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills. Qualifications - Required High School or Equivalent - Preferred Bachelor's Degree Requirements - Required 5+ years business-to-business sales experience - Required Enterprise selling experience at a corporate or senior leadership level - Required Experience in one of the following categories preferred: Sustainability, Consultative Solutions, Environmental, Property Management, Sales, or Customer Account Management - Required Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment Skills and Abilities - Proven knowledge and experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry required - Must possess strong attention to detail - Effective time management skills - Excellent communication and relationship building skills - Ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and supplier partners - Must be comfortable building relationships in-person and remotely - Ability to solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction - Ability to write proposals with strong business acumen - Strong Microsoft Office skills, with specific hands-on experience with Excel and Power Point - Ability to develop a sound knowledge and understanding of various federal, state, and local industry-related regulations Benefits

• Maintain and update the master audit schedule to ensure all vendors are audited within the required five-year cycle. • Track and report monthly audit completion rates, audit types (physical, paper, transportation), and findings. • Coordinate logistics for audits, including scheduling and auditor assignments. • Develop, update, and standardize audit templates, checklists, and report formats. • Ensure all audit documentation is properly filed, accessible, and compliant with SOPs. • Prepare summary reports for management on audit program status, trends, and risk indicators. • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions resulting from audit findings. • Maintain records of supplier insurance and regulatory compliance documentation. • Assist in developing and updating SOPs related to auditing and vendor management. • Conduct physical, paper, and transportation audits, including on-site visits and document reviews. • Evaluate vendor compliance with RCRA, TSCA, DOT, and other applicable regulations. • Analyze audit results to identify compliance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Develop and recommend corrective actions based on regulatory requirements and audit findings. • Communicate audit results and compliance expectations to vendors and internal stakeholders. • Provide technical guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices. • Develop and execute outreach plans to communicate upcoming audits to vendors. • Track audit frequency for each vendor to ensure compliance with cycle requirements. • Monitor audit resource allocation and recommend adjustments to meet annual targets. • Prepare monthly progress reports on audit volume and cycle compliance.
• Analyze market and customer data • Review and respond to detailed RFP's • Develop customer-facing proposals and sales materials • Conduct account and prospect research to support strategic sales pursuits • Partner with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities • Review complex RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents • Ensure all proposals align with corporate branding and messaging standards • Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity data in Salesforce and other CRM systems • Support the development and improvement of proposal processes, templates, and knowledge libraries
